Just did a run into the store for a deli pick up and wanted to grab a fresh loaf of bread. WITH NO ONE IN SIGHT I approached the lady at the sushi bar to help me. She grabs someone and they said bakery is closed and I have no clue how to cut bread. NOW HOW DO YOU HAVE A SIGN SAYING YOUR OPEN FROM 8Am-7am?! Will be avoiding this Krogers and will make sure everyone I come across will know that too

I personally love this Kroger, coming here for two years not a single bad experience. Employee Janie is so good and helped me with a problem, so kindhearted and love her smile
All employees are so friendly and helpful

Newer store manager Amber enjoys not doing her job and running off good employees at the same time. What a talent! What happened to the Dairy department? Management is afraid to fill milk and eggs. H-E-B deserves all of your business!

Looking for a place with gas pumps. Didn't know there were no pumps until we actually drove on property.
It would be nice if under the Overview or the About section it listed if there are gas pumps. It lists if there is a pharmacy and a Starbucks etc.

I love this location, despite the one star. I also realize that Kroger locations have no control over supply but I known a small business and I sometimes buy canned chickpeas. Lately, I’ve noticed that I’ve been getting more water less chickpeas. I am SOOO tired of corporate greed (we all are) and I guess I have to stop supporting Kroger because they obviously don't care about the people.

Attention corporate: One of your associates named Daniel in the drink aisle helped me with a question about your ice sparkling starburst flavors. He told me they were in high demand but he offered to check in the back. He not only returned, but let me know that they were out of stock and gave me an ETA on more arriving and shipment. Shipment. Please make him a store manager when appropriate. Most employees (not at your establishment, of course) would just lie and tell me it's not in stock after going into the back for 5 minutes to have a cigarette. Promote people who care. They matter more than the highly skilled, who don't.

I’ve been coming to this Kroger for 15 years! It’s always been wonderful - great bakery (with yummy cookie samples for the little ones!), good selection, and warm service from the staff.

Yesterday, we let our son get a cat balloon from the flowers section as a reward because he has been doing so much better since our ARD meeting in school. He was having so much fun walking his cat when a super rude employee from behind the flowers section yelled across the store to stop playing with it, that he was going to pop it. That unless he was going to pay for it, he needed to stop what he was doing. Mind you, my husband and I were next to him the whole time. So it wasn't like he was an unaccompanied minor playing with random things. He was being supervised and walking his award. She made him cry and just kept glaring at him. A child was crying because of her, and she didn't even apologize when my husband and I told her that of course we were buying it, that is why he had it. Another employee overheard what happened and apologized on her behalf. When we spoke to the customer representative, she was super nice and apologized to my son and even gave him a recess. She said she would speak with the lady behind the flowers about her rudeness. I am posting, so ppl are aware that there is a super rude employee there who doesn't like children. Please keep an eye on your kids when you go. She didn't care to yell at him with us there. Imagine if he was alone.

If your so concerned with theft. Have people working doing check out and not just self check out. Not just a woman leaning over my dam shoulder on every scan looking at what I put in my bags and literally leaning side to side to watch me pick up your overpriced products. Then smiling and putting a sticker on my water saying thanks for using less plastic while the water is in plastic water bottles with plastic wrappers in a plastic shrink wrapped bag. . Literally the stupidest thing ever.

Re: I DO NOT recommend the Keller Kroger at Rufe Snow & 1709 nor Store manager, Raymond Trevino nor Kroger online customer service Supervisor, MoniqueI am a disabled senior who depends on senior transportation services for grocery runs. Rides must be placed two weeks in advance. Not feeling well the night before because of my illness, I ordered an online pickup order in the middle of the night. I picked up my order with transportation services.Arrived home to find my order, my two weeks worth of produce, most were severely spoiled. I immediately called Kroger & spoke to the manager, Raymond Trevino. I explained the situation & my upset for the carelessness of the store, produce manager & shopper of my order. Many were visually bad, soft, (including 3 frozen cucumbers) & spoiled fresh produce! Much was visually obvious through the packaging & individual hand picked items. I said I have pictures to send. He gave me his email address & I did, w my phone number to be updated on the new produce delivery. He said he would pick fresh items & have them delivered to me for free since I have no family near or way to come back to the store. I waited. He did NOT keep his word.He said this was the first time anyone ever complained about the produce there. He condescendingly ended the call by sarcastically saying "YOU have a blessed day!" After reading all the comments here, it's obvious, I am not their first complaint about this location.Raymond Trevino did NOT keep his word. At all. I never heard a word back!I called the Kroger company customer service, asked for a Supervisor. I spoke to Monique & explained again. She apologized & refunded me for my bad produce & said she would additionally credit my account to cover delivery cost so I may reorder & have them delivered to me. She also did NOT do this. I won't ever shop Keller Kroger at Rufe Snow & 1709 again.I wish Kroger home office would pay attention to these posts and do something about the stores giving them a very bad name. With so much grocery competition, hard to believe they don't care to lose customers. People in my situation can't get to the store to replenish my well needed produce.
