Ordered a dress from here for my Graduation pictures & never received my order after months of waiting, contacting the boutique, and nothing being fixed. I emailed and called the owner multiple times with little to no help, (was basically told it was my job to find the package that was never delivered), no refund, and still no package. I am not sure how the in-store experience is, but DO NOT order unless you want to throw your money away (I spent $100) with no help or communication. Very disappointing.

As well as those that work there are so friendly and helpful. The online shopping experience is also excellent. You get your order quickly and the merchandise quality is excellent.

The staff is awesome and they are so helpful in helping you achieve your own personal style. There is no “cookie cutter” look about their designs.
