A bank employee that saves you several thousand is worth banking at Woodforest. Fernanda Sommerville called us to let us know that someone was at the bank trying to cash a large fraudulent check on our account right before the bank closed. She recognized the check as a fake. She then made sure our accounts were protected until we could meet with her the next day. She walked us through all necessary step to protect our money. Fernanda was extremely professional, thorough and knowledgeable making sure she covered everything. Woodforest has a very well-trained employee and kept a customer because of Fernanda's quick thinking. Thank you.
