TERRIBLE ! I got my nails taken off here because my usual place was closed. I had surgery coming up so I needed them OFF. Needless to say they took them off... WITH ONLY THE DRILL !!! Not only did they get the nails off... the drilled into my ACTUAL nail ! It has been a whole month and I'm STILL in pain, in fact, my nails are cracking and breaking. Half of my nail is GONE ! I wanted pretty valentines nails but NOPE doesn't look like I can because mine need to heal from the damage. they've. done. I went to a better salon to get shellac to help them be stronger, but nope ! The damage was already done. They messed me up SO bad... girlies... don't come here, save and spend ur money at a BETTER place than this !

I am very happy with the service Kim the owner is a real sweetheart and she always does a beautiful job on my nails and Thia does my pedicure She does a great job as well. Sometimes I have had to wait but when you go with out an appointment you have to wait it's like that everywhere.

Nail technician severely burned my feet with the hot wax. I told her several times is was too hot before having to remove my foot from her hands all together. That catastrophe was followed with nail painting that looks like a child painted my toes. $45, burnt feet, terribly painted toes and now I've got to pay someone else to fix them. 0 out of 0, do not recommend.

If could give them a minus review I would, I have been here previously and Kim did my nails exactly how I requested. Took my 18 hoping it could be a good day together. It was a disaster not only did the tech mislead my daughter on her ability to do What the picture showed but was very confrontational when we asked for it to repaired and made right. We were asked to come back in 2 weeks and they would fix it then. I was charged more for my nails that previously.

Horrible quality of service! After 90$ of a dip manicure my cuticles are sore and tender and my nails are cracked on the edges. Will never use this place again! The process was oddly different than any mail place I've used before. Existing dip was wrapped then immediately unwrapped and the drimel was used to get the dip off rather than leaving the wrap while my pedicure was done. Painful and a horrible finished product. NEVER AGAIN!
