Poor customer service at this branch. Personnel is not knowledgeable, support and courtesy are nonexistent.As for Bank of America, the least accommodating and customer friendly bank in the US.

Horrible customer service. Impossible to call and get a live person. Rings and rings and rings and nobody picks up. Have tried numerous times over and over again...never had anyone answered the phone.

Went to deposit money in an account we have done a dozen times before and now they refuse to do it. The manager was rude and prissy the customer service is just down right disgusting. I would not recommend boa to anyone
