Nice shop. Rude little girl behind the counter though. I commented “you holding the key pad while I input my pin is not ideal”. She seemed to be offended by this observation. “I looked the way. I don’t care about your money. You can leave now”. No problem. There is a vape shop in every shopping center around here, and I won’t be returning to this one.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff; a good store overall both aesthetically and stock available. They don't carry everything (like coils and cotton) but they'll have most of what you're looking for. Very reasonable prices and have a 10% military discount which is always a plus. Wish they had a lounge to sit back and kick it like my hometown shop but that's a personal thing.

The girl that works there is really awesome and I appreciate her help and going above and beyond for her customers. I like a certain flavor they have and it's popular so naturally sold out. She went out of her way to grab more of them from the Austin location. She is also very knowledgeable and answered questions I had as well as helping replace the new coil I bought while I was there. The coils I purchased had a manufacture defect, she contacted her boss and luckily her boss was nice and said since I'm a regular they would go ahead and take care of me, which she did. They also give military discounts to veterans. They have good selection of vape juice at good prices in comparison to the other shops I've been to. I usually do not participate in typing up reviews but because of her I decided to go ahead and do one. I greatly appreciate them going the extra mile to satisfy their customers. Thank you and I will continue doing business there and I will also continue letting everyone I know as well.

Walked into the Killeen location today because I stumbled across their website and was very excited to see a brick and mortar vape store with completive prices for once. This excitement quickly changed when I learned that prices in store were double that of the online prices. When I mentioned the website prices the sales associate told me that they match prices but it requires her to call her boss and is a big "dog and pony show" that she would rather not do. On top of that she mentioned that they add an $8 shipping charge when they price match.To the owner/boss of this business: empower your employees to match prices from YOUR website. Also it's shady as hell when you sell something for $50 online and over $100 in store, that's bad business.

Wide variety of juices and along with starter kits for the ones looking to get started. Customer service has always been great and knowledgeable. Variety and late hours always has me coming back for more.

I had run out juice, was up in Killeen for the day not realizing it'd be a while day affair. The lady was so helpful in recommending juice that I would possibly like and found THREE right of the bat. Turned out to be a tough choice and a game of enie-meenie?
