Fantastic service, excellent food. I literally couldn't pick up the ribs to eat them because the meat fell off as soon as I touched them. The manager heard we were first timers and came out to welcome us and gave us a free appetizer.

The wait time is too long, they need a better system. Employees need more training no customers want to hear that they don’t know what the waiting time is after they already waited 38 minutes.

I've been to Texas Roadhouse in 4 different states, and, surprise surprise, the one in Texas is the best! Killeen location has fast, friendly service, great atmosphere, fresh food and ROLLS! Go there just for the rolls.

Went there last night for my Birthday with 8 others. I went there at 5pm. They had no Prime Rip. It was the main reason we went there. Like how do you run out on a Saturday night by 5pm. Poor Kitchen or Store Management ..

Was going to other 4 full meals from you, but got tired of waiting 35 minutes listening to your annoying repetitive phone machine message.Even tried to order from your web site , but the web site is not functional.So I ordered fron Outback steak house instead and immediately got a real person on the phone. Had my order placed in less than 5 minutes.I would suggest you study up.on customer service, maybe take some cues from your competitors, they seem to know how to run a business.Oh, and by the way, your phone number on Google maps is wrong. Says number invalid. And your website doesn't exist.Guess I'll be ordering from Outback from now on
