Horrible experience with this flower store! My boyfriend placed an order for flowers and they got delivered to a bank - the bank told the delivery guy the flowers were not at the right location and he left them there anyways. The flowers were not at the apartment to surprise me when I arrived home and my boyfriend had to then go pick them up from the bank himself!! Negating the whole purpose of the purchase to begin with - to surprise me. The store then delivered a second bouquet of flowers to the same bank again!Extremely disappointing from a local store that we would have loved to support. Needless to say, we will never be purchasing flowers from this establishment again.

It’s a wonderful store it’s basically across the street from the big H-E-B, which is very crowded and busy and sometimes the checkout lines are forever with difficult parking. Randalls on the other hand has plenty of parking, the checkout is always swift with wonderful polite people helping you. The store is clean, with fresh produce and good prices. Jeanette is especially nice and never seems bothered if you have issues with scanning your own groceries, super nice, very kind and helpful. I’m in my 70s, I’ve lived in many cities in my lifetime and I have shopped for decades. Randalls is a wonderful grocery store with everything you could ever want.

This ex-Detroiter was delighted to find a box of Bill Knapp's Nutty Crumb Dunker Donuts at this Lakeway, TX location last week. Order more and while yuu're at it, Sanders Bumpy Cake and Vernor's Ginger Ale would be a great addition for homesick Winter Snowbirds from the Great Lakes States.

Two Stars Only because of the few Decent Employees Left at this Store ! Over the years I have been steadfast with shopping at this Randalls. Sadly that has changed. I became familiar with quite a few employees there with Michele in their floral Dept being one. A definite asset to this store! While shopping on 6/22/23 I also had the privilege of meeting Michael. He was stacking BBQ briquettes and we struck up a nice conversation. Great Guy ! Checking out I placed all of my products on the belt and the cashier began to scan my merchandise. He Never even bothered to say "Hello". Strange since the previous checkers at this store were always so friendly. I left two coupons I received in the mail by each product and this young man put them aside. I had also purchased a few products in the 'Clearance' area that were priced as '50% off'. Whenever I asked the cashier what price was scanned from these items he became 'bothered and disturbed' that I was asking! Long story short, He FAILED to apply Either of my Coupons and did NOT reduce the discounted products correctly ! I had to return to the store to speak with the 'new' manager. (Neither of these two men had name tags on.) As I waited my turn I confronted the cashier, who had completed his cashier duties, asking him about the coupons and he said "Yes I Did!" I handed him my receipt, he gave it back and walked away. He returned with one of the coupons for a Birds Eye Product at $3.00 off. He handed it to me and said "I can't find the other one and it's no big deal it's just $1.00 off!" I spoke with the manager telling him what a wonderful gentleman 'Michael' (wearing a Name Tag) was and then I explained the cashiers mistake. Eventually the manager found the Tillamook Ice Cream Coupon. It clearly Stated "Free Ice Cream". I was given my Refund of $9.89 and left ! At home I discovered that the '50%' items where not alctually reduced by 50% ! Another $2.+ dollars owed to me ! I was Deeply Disturbed by my Shopping Experience and I feel I must let others know ! This young man is Robotic, RUDE and Obnoxious and Definitely Should NOT be the Last Person you see when exiting this store He's there for a 'Pay Check' not to represent Randalls !! With HEB across the street and their parking lot full on a daily basis I think these new employees will lead to the closing of yet another Randalls. That would make it 24 stores closing down from the Original 51 stores in 2005 ! Oh and when my children were young I used to be a "Secret Shopper" for Safeway Corp. I am well aware how important Customer Service is. Especially these days !

This is strictly because of floral department. I'm a dasher and every time i pick up from here the women are so rude and unprofessional. Per usual i go in... usually it takes them a few minutes to even address your presence as they chit chat amongst themselves. I went in today opening up the customers information and the lady is just looking at me so i look at her with this big eyes and demeanor of "ummm ya man are u gonna ask me a question" like i'm some idiot. How about you say hi can i help u with an inviting demeanor. Then i tell her who i'm picking up for and she treats me like an idiot once again yaaaaaa we're gonna need more information than that. Then she and her possibly manager are chit chattin about drama or gossip right in front of me. The whole experience was awkward. I may be a dasher but you guys should still give me the courtesy of a customer. Do better.

I enjoyed the convenience of not having to go into the HEB across the street but finding produce and meat that is of any quality is hard to find. The freshness of the food is in question and pricing is drastically higher compared to the bigger store across 620. Only good thing about this store was the floral department.

Your going to pay a little more to not get run over like when you go to HEB. Having said that, there are typically great beef steak sales going on.

Randall's has the best floral department. The arrangements are gorgeous & well priced. The cut flowers are fresh, beautiful, & smell wonderful!

Order birthday cake for my child. Came out great, and lot of cake for a good price (1/2 sheet was $32, dropped off my own cake toppers for them to add on)

It's my to go grocery store. You never have long checkout lined. The bakery is good , however there's never any iced cinnamon buns available as compared to the other area locations.

Clean, organized, and super quiet. Its always great to go here with the kids because it almost feels like the store is all to yourself, even during busy times!

One of the nicest, cleanest, best stocked grocery stores in Texas!!! HEB has its work cut out to match this model store location for Randalls.Great prices. Love those ready made meals. Friendly employees. Shop afternoons during the week to avoid the rush!

I'm an HEB guy myself but my first job was at Randall's. The stores are always fully stocked unlike the other one. Clean, organized stores but a tad more expensive.

I ordered my fathers flowers for his funeral through the floral department at Randall’s. His floral arrangement came out absolutely beautiful and the florist was so kind .

This review is specifically about the deli department. Everytime I go there, I feel like I am imposing on whoever is in charge of slicing the meats, but today was beyond ridiculous. One woman was preparing foods while two others were helping to get fried chicken for a customer. I stood there, waiting patiently. They finally finished with the fried chicken and one of them started cleaning the area while the lady making the prepared foods told the third deli worker to go get her something in the store. She walked past me without saying a word. All of that time I stood there and only received a glance. Not a "someone will be with you in a moment", nothing. I was actually timing how long I stood there, and after over 8 minutes, I finally asked if there was any meat that had already been sliced and she motioned "it's over there" over her shoulder. I went and looked around and found one last 1/2 pound of turkey, which wasn't what I would have selected, but bought just because I didn't have any more time to waste. All I needed was a 1/2 pound of chicken. It wouldn't have taken more than a minute or two, but not one of the three people even acknowledged me. I will be buying my deli meat from now on elsewhere. I prefer Boar's Head meat at HEB anyway.
