I’ve been living in the Lakeway/Bee Cave area for 4 1/2 yrs now and I’ve only been to Wendy’s maybe 4xs and all 4 times have been horrible & ridiculous. The food is never fresh and always cold. This location definitely needs to close down completely. I will not be back here ever.

Let's just say the day shift is better than the night shift. Got the new pretzel spicy chicken sandwich and the crispy chicken sandwich, the spicy chicken bun was not the pretzel bun and it was disgusting and my crispy chicken that I always get was absolutely gross it was two chicken tenders and they were extremely hard. I will never eat there again.

The WORST! Every time I go there the F up the order always. Listening skills are crucial if manning the drive up and follow is even more important.

Other than the music being a little loud, we received prompt and courteous service. Our food was fresh and correct. The manager on duty Tues 7/19 was incredible, friendly and very obliging.

I'm not sure what's up with this Wendy's.I paid for a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger, with everything and extra toppings. I ordered it well before I arrived. $6+First I was asked if I was at the right Wendy's.Then after waiting a few more minutes for my lunch to be made, I took it so I could go eat lunch and get back to work. Only to find on the way back it's the wrong order.I was given some kind of basic kids cheeseburger. No toppings. Nothing.I paid over $6 for a $2 meal.I also asked for a particular drink and was given something else.Really bad service.I understand they're busy but this is wrong.I would have rather waited for the right food than waited for the wrong food.Also apparently there are indoor dining closes at 8:00 or sooner on Sunday.

Ordered with Uber, order was wrong, and no $3.99 coke. Called the Lakeway location, employee was rude as hell and told me to call Uber and hung up the phone. This was last Saturday. He told me that there was nothing he could do. Really, what has happened to customer service.

Don't bother! Always wrong or missing items. Staff seems overwhelmed and unknowledgeable of how to make their sandwiches.. need better training.

At the time of day I went (around 11 am) according to Google this location has dine-in, drive thru, and delivery all available. We tried to enter the lobby and the doors were locked. We tried calling the number listed and there was no answer. We ended up having to go through the drive thru for a large order and there were issues with what was received. It did seem they were short staffed which could have contributed to the issues, but there was no explanation given.

Regardless of how good the drive-through does they still only get two stars. So disappointing that Wendy’s cannot open the lobby. This is truly unfortunate considering it’s nearly 2022. Covid seems to be the reason /excuse of every establishment in America. Wait too long on hold. The representative informs you that due to the ongoing pandemic they are experiencing an overwhelming number of calls and to try back at a later date. Let’s put Covid aside for a…OMG Wendy’s open your f-ing lobby!!!The sandwich tastes like I’ve been fishing all day and have a mouthful of sand. Awful. Close the doors before it gets any worse.

How about you pay your workers a livable wage and maybe you'll get some good consistent help? A few times over these last couple months my order has been wrong or missing items. Today my Asiago sandwich was missing all it's topping and the fries were inedible. What a waste of a cheat meal.
