In less than 5 minutes these guys did what Kay Jewelers at the mall could not for 3 months. If I ever have any need to resize my watch or jewelry I will be coming here.

i’m not from laredo but the little shops at mall gave me a hard time and wouldn’t change it for me unless my jewelry was bought there. i was about to give up on repairing it after 4 months until i came into this store, paid a good amount for just 5 mins. i thank them so much for repairing my necklace, i really appreciate it. i sure will be coming back again!!

The service was pretty fast. I took two watches to repair, one for the battery and the other needed links removed for sizing. They took less than 10 minutes. Great service!
