"I haven't had a bad experience here until tonight. And it was bad enough to make me not want to return. After seating ourselves, we waited for menus, and then we waited for a server. Our server was sweet and polite. She took our order. Then we proceeded to wait almost half an hour or more for food. Our server came out about 20-25 mins Into the wait to apologize on behalf of the manager. She then went to check on our order. The manager then came out and personally apologized to every table except ours. When we asked why he didn't stop by our table he then came out to tell us a story about someone asking for a server like I didn't see exactly what happened. Courtesy is important in customer service. I did not get that here. I am disappointed in the new management."
"I hate to post this but haven't been to this location in over a year because on our last visit a roach was walking through the middle of the restaurant, I immediately and quietly brought it to our server's attention and they did nothing about, and didn't seem to care at all!! We immediately left and have not, will not be back."

"Went there to watch the UFC fights and had a great experience. Will definitely be going back there to watch fights again. The wings were MUCH better than the last time I was there. The Thai spice flavor is a must have, nice amount of spice and sweet combo. Tried the medium and hickory bbq flavors and they were very good as well. The medium had a nice "hot sauce" flavor without having a overwhelming vinegar flavor. Service was great and patient, knowing that we were going to be taking up her table for most of the night. Wings were so good we ordered a second round later."
"Management is an absolute disgrace. He doesn't even deserve the title "'manager" HA! He's clearly a lazy, uninterested person who does nothing but lurk at the bar or stand there barking or should I say grumbling orders at his staff. I feel bad for them having to withstand his presence for hours on end. I do NOT plan on returning to this Brewingz location until I hear there's a new manager."
