These people will take good care of you, I just turned 18 and I was walked trough different options and ended up settling for an alternative I didn’t even know was possible, next thing you know I have no fees until I’m 24. Went to this establishment with the intention to open a joint bank account with my husband. Traves was the the employee assisting us, he was NOT polite at all. I already have an existing bank account on my own. Once Traves stated he could not help us, he took a look at my saving account and questioned, with the exact words, “Where did the money come from?” I felt completely disrespected, when I’ve deposited money that has been questionable, I’ve always answered and proven myself. Seeing as this was not my reason for the visit today, it was very disrespectful. The whole interaction was very discriminating.

People are nice, much appreciated. However, I have tried to drop in probably 6 times to set up a business account and no one is ever available. That being said, the do offer online appointments. I just never know when I will be free. I couldn't set up a DBA online even though I have been a customer for prob. 20 years. Kinda disappointed.

Walked in, two tellers without any customers, one black male one white overweight woman both without name tags or professional courtesy, neither one greeted me. I waited 5 minutes before one of them acknowledged my existence and then while I was waiting for my money both tellers stopped and were more interested in the man who came after me and I patiently waited as they disrespectfully put the customer that came after me before me. Then the white overweight woman, who was entirely dismissive towards me, did NOT give me the amount of cash I had requested and I had to repeat my transaction because I'm clearly of NO value to these prejudice employees. I will be changing All my direct deposits to a local, TEXAS VALUES type of business. This type of company doesn't deserve to do business in Texas period.

Second time I went to this location looking for a notary, and they do not have one, always some excuse why they do not, seems like they need a new branch manager that knows what they’re doing.

Nothing ruins your morning faster than finding this ATM not working yet again. It works about 0.8% of the time. Just enough to draw you back in for a try....for it to squash your hopes and dreams 99.2% of the time.

Not only is the ATM never working but their seems like every time I go into this branch the representatives never help me out with my needs. There is always some excuse of why they can't help my specific need. I always end up going to the branch on 646 in League City and they help me out right away with no issues. I'm not stepping in here again, I'd rather drive a bit farther out to 646 for my needs.

I have tried for 2 days calling this bank and no one answers the phone. I have tried calling at many different times 6 or 7 times though out the day and as I said no one answers the damn phone. What's up with you people..
