The first dealings I had with this place I left my motorcycle with them to put on new tires and they scratch both my rims up really bad due to negligence. And over time I was thinking that that was just something that happened so I went back up there ordered me two new tires and they told me that they came in today on Friday but they couldn't get me in and get me out until Tuesday or Wednesday because they were backed up and it was going to take 4 hours to do so I will have to leave my motorcycle. Well? I'm not buying that for a second. And in both experience I found that customer service leaves a lot to be desired and is really up there in the it sucked category so I am going to pick up my tires on Monday because they're closed on the weekends and I personally will never give them any kind of business in any kind of way whatsoever from here on because both experiences that I've had have not been good.
So my advice to everyone is just pick another place.

I met Chris today and he was a great guy. Josh is lucky to have him. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. He was handling it. But I can imagine what he could do with his time with a little help.

Chris was able to get the full system exhaust I wanted for a lot less then I could have strait from the manufacturer. After I installed it they got me in and dyno tuned my bike and put in a high flow air filter with less then weeks notice, and I got the bike back in time for the car show the next day. Great service, will be back again if needed.

Chris was extremely helpful, kept me updated throughout the whole process and finished the job sooner than I thought. I had some other general questions about my bike and he answered everything plus gave me some maintenance tips as well. They also found some loose bolts unrelated to why I brought the bike in and they caught and tightened them for me which probably saved me in the long run.

I brought my bike to ebr performance to revalve my suspension. Going in I understand I have a 17 year old bike "I'm a vet rider and these bikes I can work on myself for the most part to me it's part of the hobby" I was told possibly a week for the job. A few days later I was contacted by ebr and was told my free piston was Cracked and they asked if I wanted to go back with stock equipment or upgrade I simply asked what would you recommend. So we went with the upgrade I was then contacted a few days later that my Springs had came in and were boxed incorrectly and would take a little longer "no problem to me I understand things happen and was pleased with the update" in the mean time I torn my ACL very disappointing but I was informed my bike was ready. Being during the week I wasn't sure I'd find someone to come with me to load it. The guys at ebr offered to load my bike for me without hesitation "I'm very great full ". The guys even gave me advice on my suspension after I got back on the bike and wished me luck on my recovery. All in all it was a great experience with them and I highly recommend!

My experience was terrible with this shop. I have paid a significant amount of money for them to diagnose and fix my non running bike. The first time I had picked it up it ran until it didn't which was a grand total of about 30 seconds from the on it wouldn't start up at all. So I took it back they "got it running on starter fluid", which I paid for which is outrageous. I recently picked up the bike, and messed with it the next day to get it started and see what I needed to do to get it running without starter fluid. I got nothing from the bike it wouldn't start at all. I'm going to call soon and see what they have to say but this place is not doing quality or honest work.

Has to be one of the worst repair shops EVER! Do not listen to them when they tell you your heads blown or even better the bike needs so much work! They kept the bike 2 and a half months after 1900 bucks….to tell me…we don’t know what’s wrong with it and had to take it somewhere else! Chris you suck! So unprofessional and I’ll make sure I put this everywhere I can

We feel lucky to have this shop so close to home and they have repaired several of our dirt bikes. Chris is easy to talk to and very helpful. We have purchased gear, parts and race fuel here. We highly recommend EBR.

I wouldn't let these queers work on a push mower - they had my dirt bike for over 3 months and everytime I'd call, theyd act stupid and expect me to do the same. They charged me 500 for 'diagg', battery, fuel filter and labor. When a friend picked it up because I was out of town, he charge him an additional 345 for another battery and labor to get the bike. Bike still didn't run.Service: Engine repair
