I have my truck serviced here and recently scheduled for state inspection and oil change/tire rotation. I made an appointment. The express service was delayed due to time of day apparently, but my service advisor was quick to apologize and get me on my way as soon as possible. I also ordered a part from parts department and that was smooth. Overall, fine experience.
