Poor customer service! My husband called them over a month ago to change the bank account information for both auto and motorcycle insurance since we were closing the account at our old bank. They decided to only change over the auto and not the motorcycle which caused our old bank to withdraw since we have already moved all funds to the new bank. When my husband called to inquire about what happened, they immediately started putting the blame on him stating he never told him to do so. So fast forward, my husband gets an email stating our policy has been cancelled due to the funds bouncing back from our now new credit union due to the bank not recognizing a ACH withdraw. Instead of calling us to let us know there was an issue with payment, they only chose to Send a stupid email. I checked our bank account and the funds appeared to go through and didn't think twice about it. Now we are without insurance and to reinstate its 100 more a month and that they had the cheapest rates. Sorry but you lost our business!
