I have to say this is one of the most professional cellphone stores that I've been to their customer service is 100 it's hard to find employees that really Reach Out Beyond just what they can do at their job and do more and taking care of their customers while doing their job I go just to the this store because their customer support has always been a great satisfaction for me they work well as a team if one has a question they will reach out to another to make sure that they have the correct answer to fix any problem I have with my phone the patience and understanding fundamentals the employees have at this store are far beyond any cellphone stores that I've been to. it's a great feeling knowing I can come here and fix any problem I'm having with my phone or any question I have all the employees there are great here's a few names on my list I want to add who helpt me out and I rate them 5 🌟 s Kevin,Prince, Joe, Gerardo,
they've given me nothing but great service and answers to questions I did not know I truly appreciate them both for helping me out and guiding me along the way this is truly the right cellphone store for me

Ported my phone over and had an issue with not being able to make calls or receive texts. Waited 17 hours from the time of the port till I brought the phone in to have them take a look. Without even trying to help, they told me there was nothing they could do and to go talk to the previous provider. To keep it short I went to a different Verizon location on FM646 and they actually took the time to call the department responsible for porting and found out the port had gone through the day prior but turns out it was a SIM card issue and they were able to resolve it. I would rather drive further away than have to deal with this location again.
