Jose and the saleslady may act friendly however they know it’s a facade because I was directly informed that your credit check has nothing to do with an approval the managers can still force Approve Deny your application wasting your time and patience. This location also does not carry any specials you see on tv or the internet they just try to get you to spend more money. Go to Buddy’s down the road instead where the establishment is better looking and has a much better selection. Buddy’s is the place to go NOT Aarons!

Very rude did not even greet us when we came in all employees were in the office. They really did have what we needed nor did they cared to help we said nevermind was walking out they had the nerve to make comments about us as we were leaving. I will make sure I dont send friends or family there

Aaron’s liberty, what can I say.......HA. Kind of a joke. They have people wanting to be professional, wanting to help, but they have their â€œhands tiedâ€ by corporate and the big dogs. Such a joke. Going in there they show preferred treatment to some while blowing others off. I don’t know if it is looks or expierence they had with people with certain hair colors, or shoe brands. The employees that want to be helpful, seem to not know much. When they do ask for help from what seems like management (heavy set African American) he either bullies the customer, such as myself, or takes it out on the employee. Whoooo, I would hate to see what he says when the customer leaves if he is willing to talk down on either when there is company present. Billy, I know for delivering my furniture always is sweet and a gentleman, his partner doesn’t seem to talk much, but they get the job done. Just wish there was a little more, and rosier communication on when I will receive my furniture. The red hair girl that talks wayyyy to fast, seems helpful, but does get a scared look in her eyes when you go to ask and dig for more. I have noticed a new female in there also but have not have much contact with her. The other two in the office do seem to like their desk, and I don’t blame them. When the taller skinnier Caucasian man steps out to help someone, the previous man mention always has a look like he is incompantant at talking to people. The tall man treats everyone with respect and when taking a payment, always tries to leave a smile on my face. Same with the Mexican gentleman that works there. Kind sweet,attentive. But that one man, I guess he is the manager. Something needs to be done with him. Cause I have seen customers having to step up for not only theirselfs, but for the employee for doing what I assume is their job, and if he gets called away to the phone he loves to slam the door and I can only assume humiliate the person on the phone with all his crazy antics and loud voice through the window. 2 stars for the attempt of moral. -3 for the lack of everything thereof.

If you fall any amount behind on your furniture then they will not work out a payment option or plan for you! They will not allow you so much given time to make up for it no matter the situation! I got behind and they quickly sent it to collections and would not let me pay any more on the furniture! Then when I asked if they could pick up the furniture they told me they weren't allowed to since it went up to collections! Now there is a new manager of Aaron's at the liberty location and I received a call that they're wanting to take further action against me and demanded so much be paid to them or else. Like why did you not take my money when I tried paying the furniture off to begin with?! Instead of working something out with me before, they clearly rathered to lose a future repeat client. Disappointing.
