CVS NEEDS TO LET MORE EMPLOYEES WORK DURING BUSY TIMES..!!! IF YOU CAN'T LET THEM DO OVERTIME THEN HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!! CVS IS THE WORSE PHARMACY I HAVE SEEN IN MY 50 YEARS. IT IS NOT THE WORKERS FAULT AS I USED TO THINK IT IS CORPORATE!!!

If I could give this CVS store 0 stars, I would! This Is the worst pharmacy that I have ever been to. You wait in line for 45 minutes to an hour because they're so cheap that they won't let any more than one person work at a time...... meaning 1 person working the inside AND the outside. The far right lane is completely closed and has been for over a year (again, too cheap to fix it) and that means only 1 person working both the inside and the outside ONE lane. Not to mention the lady is very rude and takes forever when you finally get up to the window! It would almost be quicker for people in Liberty to drive to Dayton to the Walgreens to get their prescriptions because even with the drive time it still would be faster. Walgreens in Dayton is awesome and super fast every time.......CVS in Liberty is a shi* show! And no I don't work for Walgreens, I work in downtown Houston so when I drive into work I always drop off and pick up at the Walgreens in Dayton. But when I work from home and need a prescription filled I have to go to CVS and it is a horrible experience every single time!

Full Service Drive thru actually means Drop Off only. By the time you shuffle around because they change up their process. You really are sick and need your meds.

Terrible pharmacy. They have actually told me on occasion that they could not fill my RX because someone had called in. My doctor called in prescriptions yesterday and I came in today and was told she would fill them after she helped the other 4 customers in the store. I am beyond angry . I am glad my insurance has changed and I do NOT have to use CVS anymore

The most mismanaged, understaffed pharmacy I have ever seen. It's no wonder prescriptions aren't filled on time when the freight is stacked all over the place. There's absolutely no need to use the App for refills, it will still take a day and a half to get it ready. The same excuse every time I go in there, we don't have enough staff...... That's a fixable problem that this location does not seem to comprehend.

The wait time either while on hold on the phone to waiting in the Drive Thru line is ridiculous should be better staffed for quicker wait times

Anytime I try to fill a RX I'm always told it will take an hour which turns into an hour an a half. I had all my rx's transferred to Walgreens and was very pleased BUT my new insurance wanted to charge me a $500 deductible on one of my RX. I now have to return to using CVS due to my insurance. I have tried to call CVS just now (twice) and my wait time the 1st time was 17 minutes and the 2nd time 22 minutes. I gave up, just hung up. What is going on up there??

Yelling at me across the floor when waiting at the Consult with pharmacist line isn't professional by the pharmacist herself!!!! What if my question had been personal? Do you think maybe some people don't want to feel awkward for asking something or just simply don't want their business yelled out there!!!! I do however love this one lady that has been there forever. She always waits on me in the drive thru & if it wasn't for her great service I wouldn't have any reason to return to this cvs for my prescriptions.

I had surgery yesterday Tylenol 3 & Tramadol were sent over from my Dr. Cvs took It upon themselves to fill the Tylenol 3 & not call to see what I prefer. I called them when I left the hospital & told them I wanted the tramadol not the Tylenol 3. They told me they were 3hrs behind & it wouldn't be ready until 9am the next morning because they close at 9pm!! In my opinion they need to stay there until they get caught up!! This was the last straw with us & CVS! We will be taking our business elsewhere

Not a fan of this locaton!!! I had to pay twice as much for my medicine because the pharmacist was on lunch break. I don't understand why the pharmacist has to verfy the insurance!!! You should have a manager on duty that can do that or the pharmacist doesn't need to leave for lunch.
