I had taken my vehicle in for a bad compressor and cracked purge valve. I was given a time frame of a week but the repair ended up taking over 3 weeks. While the vehicle was in the shop there was equipment left plugged into the vehicle killing the battery. Once it was ready for pickup, it was discovered the battery was dead and ended up being replaced by the shop. However, the vehicle has an auxiliary battery as well that I had to take back to be tested due to a fault appearing on the dashboard. Once at the shop the auxiliary battery tested bad, which I expected, due to them draining the primary battery. The shop tried to charge for $200 to get the auxiliary battery replaced and fault cleared even though it had been drained while they had it. I ended up having to take my vehicle elsewhere to get the auxiliary battery replaced.

My service provider was extremely dishonest, and would never return my phone calls. She was always extremely busy or not there… When I was able to talk to her, I was told a bunch of nonsense.No clue if the mechanics are good or not, my vehicle sat there for two months without getting worked on. I was told that it would be next on the list multiple times…

Got to my car almost immediately, kept me informed through the process, and had my car repaired extremely fast. Worked with my AAA membership to receive a discount. After driving vehicle for a few days it seems to be running smoothly with no apparent problems. I am highly impressed with this auto repair shop. I will continue using this place for my auto needs!

Ended up just needing a battery which we got our own for a price that was better. They however installed for us and gave everything and thorough look over with very minimal charge. I would go there again.

Amazing experience! We came to Brandon’s for the first time because we were quoted over $4000 in repairs from a dealership.Brandon’s was top notch and said that the cause of the issues was the battery. With just a replaced battery, we were out the door.Thank you for being honest about the situation and taking great care of us!

Poor customer service, untimely service, lack of communication, not a good all around experience. Still waiting for a response from the owner after told he would get back to me. The following is what i left in the automated reply syste - No sir i am not happy. It appears to me that the ball was dropped multiple times while Kathy was "out" on several occasions. I understand that dealing with warranty companies can slow the process down but 8 weeks? The last part that was needed is one of those examples, i spoke to Kathy on the 3rd or 4th and she told me that the human interface part would be there Tuesday the 9th, i called on Friday the 12th, was told that Kathy was out till the next Tuesday, i explained that i was told the part would be there Tuesday the 9th, then i was told that you guys were still waiting on the part, i refused to take a call back and waited on hold to speak to one of the other service writers, after a few minutes someone came back and said "good news mr Gill the part is here, but there is not enough time to get it installed but we will definitely have it ready for you Monday or tuesday". I can tell you what i think happened, i think that because Kathy was out that no one bothered to follow up on the part, i think that when i called your people got on the phone to find out where the part was and probably was told that it was ready, but by then it was too late. Ironically i was called at 9:37am this Monday and told that my can was ready, considering that you guys open at 8:30 am i don't know why the part could not have been installed on that previous Friday when there clearly seemed to be enough time. Lastly when i picked up the car on Monday a technician come out to tell me that everything was good except that there was something kicking on the check engine light related to the battery cooling fan, but that the fan works fine, i was told that you guys could not fix that because it is on the hybrid side, i specifically asked before i brought the can to you guys if you could work on it sense it was a hybrid, i was told yes, now i am looking at having to take it too the dealer which is going to cost me more money and more time, my warranty deductible is $500. Also after i picked up the car i found that the truck had not been properly re assembled and had to bring the car back. I believe Shelby is the girls name that said she would send me an email about the cooling fan thing, have not seen an email. Still waiting for a response from the owner 3 months late. And yes i have contacted them multiple times through chat, no more reply's!

Spent over $4,500 for a coolant leak and a grinding sound when I turn. First time they had the truck I got it back and it was still doing the same thing. Second time I got the truck back still doing the same thing. They said everything on the “checklist” will fix the problem. Well now it’s still doing the same thing. I don’t normally even leave reviews but I will this time after spending that much money and the issue is still present. I would look else where and save the time and money!

My Ram 2500 had an engine light come on for my dpf regeneration frequency. I called and they fit me in to run diagnostics and fix the issue. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable which insured a quick fix. I will be returning back.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

I recently had some work done on my 2500 Dodge Ram by Brandon's. We were heading up to Colorado pulling a large 5th wheel when we started having transmission problems. This was an unexpected stop and we needed help in order to continue our trip. Brandon and his team really stepped up to help. Tawny made us feel welcome and assured us they would do everything they could to get us back on the road. Nate got to work on the truck, figured out the issue and communicated his findings to the company (ATS Diesel) that installed the transmission. ATS was unwilling to help, but that didn't stop Brandon's team. They got us patched up and on the road. A couple days later I received a message from Brandon asking if we made it okay. Their customer service and auto repair work are outstanding.

Had a particulate filter clog up and my diesel truck go in limp mode. Took it here and had a re gen done that sadly didn’t fix the problem but they diagnosed the problem immediately afterwards and repaired it. Put 10,000 miles on the truck since and haven’t had as much as a check engine come on. Guys did an amazing job.Services: Steam cleaning

Update: Brandon's still has my truck. The first motor they put into my truck failed. I instructed them not to do any further work and asked that they refund my money. Since they now are having to work through a warranty claim with their engine provider, I offer to deed the truck to them in return for a refund of my initial deposit.BEWARE: something is not right with this shop. They appear credible but have terrible communication and appear to lack the expertise to complete the work they take on.

Very friendly staff that communicates very well,the mechanics are very professional. Brandon’s was able to help me when the dealership was trying to rip me off for repair costs and they even sent me pictures of parts of my car that needed attention when the dealership never showed me pictures of what was wrong or even if something was broken. Highly recommend!
