Jaslynn and Daniela are very helpful and polite as you walk in they can be helping someone but there welcoming you into there store and mentioned they will be more than happy to help as soon as there available these two girls are very hard worker and go above and beyond for there customers

Desiree, Angel, are very professional at this location. A downside is that Mgmt doesn't really greet the customers or acknowledge the fact we are there to be treated with respect. Every person's situation varies as to why they are asking for a loan, selling their property, and or just plainly trying to.find reasonable and less costly merchandise to purchase.

First off, I walked in and can smell the obvious 420 which I'm totally okay with but... Don't do it while at work man come on xDThe prices were "okay" but definitely not great. $40 for a ps4 controller that's clearly been opened and tampered with but no way to check if it works and no returns unless you pay for their 30 day warranty. Almost left with a laptop but it had so many issues the risk wasn't worth the price even marked down and they wouldn't go lower. It needed a new battery, new screen, new operating system (it had windows 8 but wouldn't even boot so maybe a hard drive too), and a charger because I'm not gonna use just whatever charger fits like the guy there did. None of the laptops are open and ready to inspect. They're all dead and the guy didn't even know what chargers went to what and just plugging in whatever fit them. I've been working on computers for awhile and that's not how that works lolThe stuff isn't cleaned up or inspected before being put on shelves so it's a gamble. I did leave with a DVD for 50 cents though so that was good. The woman working there did seem friendly though I didn't get a chance to speak with her myself.3 stars because I think there's room for improvement and hopefully they do because ezpawn is right down the street and it was a much nicer experience...

Called to check on a layway and they left me on hold with horrible hold music only to hang up on me. I waited and didn't get a call back. I called back later and they did the same thing, but this time I was on hold until closing. Of course, no answer now. Customer service has to step up their game

Great customer service. Every employee is amazing and courteous. Prices are reasonably fair sometimes over priced depending on the product. Very clean. Products are in good shape if not then it's sold as is. Fast and friendly service.

Brought a Louis Vuitton wallet that I had bought in a legitimate Louis store in Dallas here to sell. They told me it wasn’t real based on images they looked up on the web. Wouldn’t trust these people to order me a cheeseburger from McDonald’s after that.
