Staff is always nice and welcoming.. This is the only place I will go when I need to pawn or buy anything. They are great when it comes to helping you get what you need. Keep up the excellent work!!!!

This store has the best selection of Guns, Jewelry, and Tools than any other pawnshop. They have great prices too! Great place to hunt down a great bargain!

EZ Pawn might be a place to business easily; however, I experienced something different today. I was there to get a layaway out and I met the manager of store # 10805. She was not very professional and treated me like I was creating a problem. I explained that I put an item on layaway and that I’d like to look at the item before I pay the layaway because I've worked at a pawnshop before and I know that sometimes items get damaged while being put away. So I expressed the fact that the gentleman who sold me the computer I put on layaway said I could look at it again before I took it home. Apparently, this is against company policy and the staff made it very difficult for me to feel comfortable completing my purchase. I was simply buying something here. I wasn't trying to get money from them.

The manager was completely rude and hateful. Was told to wear a mask or get out... I stated that I have a hard time breathing with one and she said she didn't care get a mask on or get out.... will not shop here again!

I really enjoy coming to this pawn shop. They have always had a big variety of items. I do miss all the military stuff they used to sell though. Over all good place to find used items for a decent price.

I had many good purchases in this store with different employees. Ive bought many products over the years spent thousands of dollars. Today I was interested in some car speakers. I asked the manager if I could test them if I left my ID with her. She said no because what if I damaged them. I replied how do I know if they work. She said,"I don't know what to tell you buy a warrranty". Thats not how a manager should handle a customer. She is abrasive if you ask me. I won't be coming back as long as she is manager!
