Stephanie is very helpful, she is knowledgeable in the firearms they sell and is very patient. I took my time making my choice. She answered all my questions and I am quite quite content with my choice that day. I will be back to look again and again.

Constantly lie and cheat their customers. And never give you the amount to pay off. One employee tell you this much then the next employee adds $100 more than what the last person says.

I Need just $85. so took a Scuff controller they only offered 50 because the value was only 200 they asked if I had anything else to pawn I then bring them a 3 ton Daytona jack value idk bought it for 150 they offered 70 for it but I just need 85 and they couldn't give me what I needed they said I can pawn both for 115 but I didn't need that much money just 85 it made me feel like my stuff wasn't worth nothing

I took my Vera wang wedding ring in that I paid $3,678 for they tried to say it was fake they gave me $95 an then tried to turn around and sell it for $2,000 after they told me it wasn't worth anything. They didn't think I was going to catch it.

Really nice place to find some goods, but my gawd is the manager Esmerelda a complete female dog. She's been doing this for so long she has lost touch with her customer service. A very unpleasant woman with personal issues. I don't know what goes on in her life outside of work, but she definitely brings it into work. Very condensing, and acts very rude for no reason at all. The whole experience of this shop was reflected on her behavior and I feel bad for any of her employees. However the night time crew was far more respectful and that's when you should visit. But if Esmerelda is here just don't bother. Not unless you like being treated like you're stupid!!!

50th St/Loop 289 Lubbock location has the worst Manager, very bad attitude, next to no customer service, and doesn't fully train her employees to make sure they know as much as they can when it comes to someone else's property and then goes on to pretty call them liars or disregards their employees when they agree to one thing and then denies it cause she doesn't fully train them and they didn't know. They will call and check on pawns when it's at it's due date and then leave information out on being able to extend it on the last day which can very well cause someone to lose items they really didn't want to lose.

STORY TIME: I came to the store to buy a PS4 for my nephew. *NOTE: BRING A VOICE RECORDER BECAUSE THEY WILL AVOID TO REPLAY IN-STORE CAMERA AND AUDIO* before I bought the PS4 I asked many questions, tested it, and had confidencein JACINDA's word after she told me the PS4 was a shipment from AMARILLO, TEXAS pawn shop. JACINDA, store clerk , mentioned that even though it says "AS IS" that I could return it because she got a DVD (Charlotte's Web) stuck in the PS4 with her knowing I was hesitant to purchase the item and still sold me the item and that I could return it for a refund in case anything else were to be faulty with the PS4. I took the PS4 home and when I started it up, the PS4 OVERHEATED!!! I returned the PS4 and STEPHANIE (POSSIBLE STORE MANAGER/CLERK) stated she remembered her employee not saying what I repeated JACINDA said the date of purchase, then I requested for camera and audio to be rolled back and both hesitated and turned me away. So now I'm stuck with a faulty PS4 and a financial loss.

The Assistant Manager Stephany had great customer service experience. I had lost my jon and what need to get a few pawn loans and she was very helpful and i had just taking a break from my job and she was very smart and new the music equipment i had and was very happy to help me especially while i was struggling. I recommend everyone giving her busy and she knows the ins and outs. Thank you

Horrid! I pawned a shotgun their and when i went to get it back, said i couldnt because my ID was cracked therefore its invalid, yet it was fine when she took my gun into pawn. According to DPS my license is still valid for the purpose required. If they continue to not allow me to pay my principle and retrieve my firearm i will get the police involved.
