Ordered 2 pizzas. One came with bell peppers and Italian sausage to which I didn't mind the bell peppers since it's for breakfast... and the other one was supposed to be chicken and pineapples...it was chicken and pepperoni and pepperoni give me heartburn so can't eat it.

Gentleman who answered the phone was very polite and efficient. He quickly helped me realize I needed to order from another store location that was closer. His attitude was very positive and helpful!

We regularly order form the Dominos on 82nd and Frankford, the pizza is always excellent and consistent. They bring the pizza to the car and are always on time with the tracker. Great deal for the money!!!

As someone who’s worked at Domino’s in the past, even at this location, I must say, this is the best Brooklyn and Cheesy Bread I’ve seen. Awesome Job Ethan! It looks and tastes wonderful. Way to keep up the product quality. He was also polite on the phone and the delivery took exactly 25 mins, which is what he quoted me. Way to go 82nd Street crew!

Ordered food for delivery and IT NEVER SHOWED UP!I finally got a credit, but this time I went to pick the food up myself.They screwed it up, the Buffalo chicken bites had about 3 chicken bites in the and the rest was big chuncks of Bleu cheese, and the salad was BROWN!I will never order anything from here again.

The Manager Alex Patterson is handling the money and the computer and is back preparing the food without washing his hands. He was very confrontational with me when clearly was an issue of miscommunication, worst experience there ever, never going back choose where you buy your food wisely.

Spoke with Alex Patterson on the phone in regards to a delivery that was said to have been quality checked at 9:30pm it’s about 10:15 and called to check on the order in which they had canceled our order because it had no apt number. He said he tried to call but he did not. We asked if pizza had been sitting in which he replied yes. He said he offered to my fiancé to remake it after I called back to ask if they could since it had been sitting. I told him I wanted it fresh and he told me “maybe next time you need to put your apartment number” WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT. Alex was rude and very unprofessional. I’m sure I’m not the first customer to be treated this way by him.

I waited and waited for them to bring the pizza out while I watched it sit on a shelf cooling. Finally I went in to get it only to have the employees yell at me because I didn't have my mask on. If they'd done their job, I wouldn't have been inside. That's the whole idea of contactless pickup! I called the general manager to complain only to learn he didn't even know his delivery area.Order somewhere else. They don't care here.
