Absolutely love the customer experience we received. Came in found exactly what we were looking for and Keith went above and beyond to take care of us. They have some really good stuff but the customer service was no good today. No one offered us help when we literally stood at the jewelry for 10 minutes. The girl didn't even acknowledge us. She was on her phone the whole time There was no other customers in the store.

On Friday, October 18th, I purchased a 55” TV & sound bar system from EZ Pawn @ 105 University in Lubbock. As Marcos clocked in we asked if he could help us. He immediately was responsive and very helpful. He made sure we tried out many TV’s, told us about them and their functions. After choosing one he helped choose the correct sound bar as well. We came away with exactly what we wanted@ a very fair price. We recommend EZ Pawn on University and Marcos!

This is the best pawn shop to go to. When you walk in they greet you with a smile and say hi and ask you what can they help you with. The employees here are the best, and friendly. For experience I suggest you to go to EZ pawn on 105 University avenue.

Marcos from the location on North University in Lubbock, Tx absolutely went above and beyond for me today, he really surprised me!! I had been looking to use my warranty on a Ps5 I bought for my son back in December I called the store I bought it from multiple times to see if they had gotten anymore in and unfortunately it was a negative every time. I finally started calling other stores and Marcos happened to answer one of the phone calls instead of him just tell me NO he took my information down and told me he would be on a look out for one and call me once he found one . Well a few weeks past and I think I had given up at this point in calling back to the stores since the Ps5 is in really high demand right now , and out of no where I was at work and I got a call from Marcos saying he got one I was so surprised I thought he had forgot about me since I hadn’t heard for him I think I even told him that lol . It’s so hard to find good customer service now a days and I along with my 13 year old are truly greatfull to him our warranty was almost up and we were running out of time and he held on to his word. Thanks again Marcos I hope your company appreciates you, because good employees are hard to find. Thanks for making my teenager happy again. Happy kid, means Happy Mom !!!
