My sister returned a romper that she decided was too low cut. The lady at the register kept saying how it "smelled bad" and she thinks it was worn in a rude way. If anything it had been in her kitchen. The customer service needs to be a bigger priority at this location.

Very cute clothes and good deals however one lady working (blonde w a bob haircut) ignored us the whole time and checked on everyone else shopping except us. Very rude not to acknowledge a guest in your business and terrible customer service.

Ventura is so kind and professional! I worked for years in retail and loved how special he made me feel! With all the hustle and bustle in the workplace along with training employees, he still gave old fashioned one on one customer service and that speaks volumes to me. I will be back to shop again !

It's honestly pricey, with everything averaging at about $40 - $50. But the clothes and accessories or pretty great. It has a classy/casual style with mostly everything having a very Natural theme. I also just personally love the dressing rooms. Really unique and organized.

I end up in the store too frequently! LOL Although I like the non-chain stores better in Lubbock, one usually finds good clothes (not for me, obviously) at a good price here. It's best to go when they are busy so you don't get attacked by one of the college-aged workers. They often staff with three people which seems a little much. Although the quality of the buying seems to have decreased over the past three years, the quality of the clothes and mix is still good. It's a nice area to shop in with good parking.

I took my daughter to shop for a dress for a special occasion. The young lady that greeted us was very helpful in bringing her several dresses to try on. It was also on sale which made it better!

I was very disappointed in the service. I went in yesterday evening to do some shopping and was not greeted from the moment I stepped in to moment I stepped out. No one offered to help me, I was non existent to their concern. Poor customer service for such a cute boutique.
