I went to every jeweler in town trying to find someone who could help me create a unique style engagement ring. I did not feel comfortable with anyone in town until I met Austin at j Keith. He was knowledgeable and more interested in getting me exactly what I wanted instead of trying to take an easier route or upscale me on a different item. I looked up who the best jeweler in Lubbock was- and I was directed to J Keith’s based on reviews. I was not disappointed. I had lost a diamond tennis bracelet while traveling and wanted to replace it. J Keith introduced himself to me and worked with me to show me a beautiful bracelet within my insurance co’s price range. He was very warm, honest, and helpful. Maddie was also wonderful to work with- patient, not pushy, and kind. This is the place to go in Lubbock for jewelry.

My daughters house recently burned in a fire and she lost almost everything. We were able to find her Texas Tech college ring but it was badly damaged. We took it back to J Keith where we purchased it and they worked for several hours to repair it for her at no charge. The staff are so professional and caring and we couldn’t be more pleased! We will definitely be J Keith customers for life!
