Recently bought a mom ring for my sister for Mother’s Day. She had to exchange it for another size and the lady CHRISTY was so rude and judgmental about my sisters size and weight. Be careful what you buy and for who. You WILL get judged and have hear what she has to say.

Love Shopping for the wife in James Avery as long as it not the Lubbock store. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. The staff have to be pried from behind the counter. Experience Absolutely sucked.

I love the jewelry here and adding charms to my bracelet too. I have a JA ring that had sustained some damaged and they were able to straighten it out and clean it up for me.

I have been a customer of the James Avery on 82nd for many years. I have dropped jewelry off on several occasions to be cleaned and when I would pick it up, the larger surface areas had been fairly polished. Today, I dropped off my bracelet to have a charm added and when I went to pick it up....I was BLOWN AWAY!! My bracelet looked like it did the day I bought it! All of the charms, even the ones with small intricate areas, was completely free of tarnish and so so SHINY! I still can not believe that this is MY bracelet!! I am so very very happy with the services that I received today! I feel like this is how it should have been everytime I dropped it off to be cleaned, i just didnt know any better! Thank you guys and a special thank you to whomever cleaned and polished my bracelet today!!

They have a minimal and constant selection of jewelry pieces. It's kind of pricey for silver jewelry and their sizes run small. No wonder everyone in town has the same pieces. I like to have jewelry that's different from others.

We walked in around 12:20pm today, both of the employees were with other customers so no big deal as we wanted to look around at first. However, the young lady that was walking around the room with another customer passed by us multiple times and did not acknowledge, speak to or so much as even look our direction. After checking out the customer she was working with initially, the young lady skipped us for the people who came in after us to assist them instead. Terrible treatment of your customers and good to see that if we don’t look a certain way, we can’t even get the time of day here.

Went here twice over the last two weeks. It’s annoying to have to wait for staff to stop talking amongst themselves to get help, both times. But I was able to return 2 rings I decided not to keep. I ordered a different one on line and picked it up there. It was an easy process to exchange them
