Brennan Bishop is a employee at this location. I went into purchase 4 new phones and assessors. I asked for a great manger named Sarah who has always helped in the pass. Brennan had informed me she no longer works for the company. I began to ask questions and to my surprise Brennan was very rude. I asked to speak to a manger and she told me she was the manager. Later I found out that was not true. This girl has a very bad attitude and no manners. I told her thank you and walked out. These works are suppose to be there for help. To help customers who don't know about phones or 5g or hotspot or family plans. She was no help! I called another location.. I went to 50th and Indiana. Now these works were so helpful. They answered my questions and helped me to understand what I need to buy and what plan would be better for me. I was so happy to receive their help. Thank you Chealsi and Brittany! I will be returning to y'all for help when needed.
