I just had my necklace break from my passed Grandmother that carried my passed fathers Wooden one of a kind cross and I was so sick about it having never taken it off for 10 years I went here to repair it and not only did they offer to repair it but were honest that due to how thin it was and soft (silver) it would probably keep breaking which it had before she gave me a deal on a brand new one making sure the chain could take the weight of the cross and was so empathetic that I walked out wearing my dads cross again w ideas from them on how to keepsake the broken one … Definitely will be taking my son here to buy his 2nd chain …
