The team at Robert Lance is fantastic! Becky was so patient and kind to us as my fiancé and I picked out my engagement ring and wedding band. I’m very indecisive and spent a long time on a couple different visits and she was wonderful each time. We visited several other jewelers throughout the process and the experience at Robert Lance was by far the best! We both felt relaxed and actually enjoyed the experience! We’ll definitely be using Robert Lance for any future jewelry needs!!

I took my mom and dads wedding rings in that were sitting in the jewelery box after they died. Robert Lance Jewelers made me two identical crosses for necklaces. One for me and one for my daughter. I’ve been taking my jewelry here for a few months to get resized. I’m not sure how many of my rings I’ve brought in so far but it’s enough to make me confident in writing this review for others to see. I had been going to jewelers in Dallas and Vegas but locally I had only been going to Anderson’s but they closed and I needed somewhere new. I looked on Google and I was recommended Robert Lance Jewelers. I’m always a bit skeptical of taking my jewelry anywhere because you just never know. I started off with a ring I cared the least about then I brought in jewelry that had the most meaning to me. I think that should say a lot when you’re willing to trust your jewelry that has an immeasurable meaning and value. I’ve looked around the store too and they have some beautiful jewelry for sale as well. I had recently lost my everyday earrings that were just some plain gold ball studs. I came in and asked if they had any and they didn’t but I was able to purchase them from a catalog and received them either next day or in two days… super fast and my ears didn’t have to be naked. I like this business a lot and I think you will too.
