Took waaaaaaaay longer than I was told to transfer my items from my old phone to my new phone.I was told it would take 1:15, it ended up being a bit past 4hrs

We tried three different modems and it was never good. Dropped off and always losing internet. They sent two modems with no sims cards. The internet was so bad.

Had a problem with my phone charging and they were friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to fix the problem quickly and the whole interaction was Professional and Friendly. I recommend you give them a chance to take care of your phone needs

Bad service..went to get a replacement phone and it showed up today for them to say they can't replace my phone..my phone is only a year old and im making payments on it and my screen went black at 97% battery life..they said they couldn't replace it cause it wasn't turning on which is why I asked for a replacement in the first place.then he said nvm cause the camera had a crack..I didn't care about the crack in the camera..I just wanted a replacement..its not like you can use the phone anyway..no help even with a veteran on the account even though they say they do veteran discount which is a lie..tmobile sucks at helping customers especially this location..will be leaving tmobile and going to at&t..they might be a lot better..yall can have my bill also ✌
