My husband and i went to go return the home internet and when we walked in Rachel just stood and stared at us as if we bothered her being on her phone. My husband said hi and she just still stared at us. Very unprofessional!!! She didn’t even asked what he were here for. We had to tell her and she took our stuff and didn’t say anything to us. And i had questions about a phone and she asked if we had insurance and we said we weren’t sure. She didn’t bother saying she could look it up cause we planned on upgrading our phones. So we left and went to the location on 82nd and Milwaukee! THEY HAVE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

I went to go trade in my phone because I wanted the pink iPhone 15. Thought everything was fine till Chris already charged me for what I thought was pink phone but it was blue. And I told him that I wanted pink but then he proceeded to tell me that it was going to be another restock fee all because he wanted to smoke more than actually pay attention to what color I wanted. And said “I’m not going to do this all day with you.” So now I’m stuck with a phone that I did not want because he did not want to do his damn job and smoke.

If I could give the girl who wasn't wearing a name tag and never gave her name a -100 I would. T-Mobile customer for more than 20 years and I've never been treated so rudely. Husband walked off so he didn't tell her off. Find any other store or just go online.

Gavan and the team at T-Mobile are top notch! I won’t try to sell you on the cell service, you already know why you’re here. This location is where you want to go for customer service. They’re friendly and provide expert advice. They got us out the door with a new cell plan in about an hour. On top of that, it took me 20 whole minutes to get a new 5G home Wifi router 3 months later when I got sick of my previous internet provider.So, if you want to know where to set your T-Mobile home base, this is the place!

No knowledge of any deals they have nor couldn’t help do a simple trade in and wouldn’t do it assuming I can’t pay for it .. ordered it online got the phone then was told take to nearest store here we go again didn’t know how to process return makes me worry for it to get lost and tell me can’t help might be better off not going here anymore at all

The sales people will lie straight to your face about your contract. Then you will have to spend hours on the phone trying to straighten it out. Unethical and a waste of time.

THIS STORE WILL RIP YOU OFF! Associate added protection to a phone that I clearly said I did not want. They also lied about the amount I would be receiving on a trade in. Had to waste a lot of time on the phone with customer service to cancel the protection. Customer service was not able to correct.Associate rushed through the contract clicking on everything. This is a very shady store. I would recommend not doing business here at all. BUYERS BEWARE!
