Multiple times I have been promised that someone here would look into my business account to try to lower our bill and NOT ONCE have the reps here followed through with their promise. If you are just looking for a phone, you're good here but don't expect anyone to put forth any more effort than that.

Always willing to sell you something. Service is absolutely horrible. Once my phone is paid off there are 4 so called "updates" then my phone quits working. If it If would have happened once I could dismiss it but its happened to the last 4 phones without hesitation. 2 blocks away or further from a tower u get 2, maybe 3 bars max. If you're within 2 blocks you get 4 bars.

Service was awesome, Laura was very friendly and helpful. I was able to get a new phone for my daughter. I also got a Verizon 5g Gateway Home Internet. I am very satisfied with both of these devices to add to our plane.

They are right and the customer is always wrong. They tell you its $35 per month but the contract of eternal shackles they make you sign is more than double that. Don't believe anything they tell you

Can be pretty busy on weekends, so make sure you check in on your phone when you arrive. You can do most upgrades yourself via the app, but it's nice to see the phones and accessories in person. Inventory is usually stocked and staff is knowledgeable.

No waiting gor topnotch assistance and advice on phones and plans. I came in to look at phone cases. It is difficult to buy a new case online without being able to put it in your hand. Some cases are as slick as the phone I am trying to hang on to and some are just too bulky to fit in you pocket. I was able to settle on a nice case for my phone at the same price I found it for online and the tech helped install the screen protector.

UPDATED! If I could give ZERO stars that would be great! Wow, sat for 2 hours buying a phone, website said I was eligible for the 800 trade in credit. After working the deal and trying to switch phones the manager said they could on give 400 for my trade. I have never been so upset buying a phone! This is false advertising!Go to At&t and save yourself the headaches!Manager is very rude and has no idea how ru help with promotions or even work with you, after you spent 2 hours on the phone with corporate validating a trade in offer before going to the store.SWITCH PROVIDERS or AVOID THIS LOCATION

We misread the closing time (5 pm on Sunday, not 6 pm as we thought), and arrived at 4:30, including two small children. Nate and Jeremy were amazing! Very knowledgeable and helpful and friendly and patient. Even though our specific needs ended up taking longer than we expected, they were always great!
