A bunch of thieves and liars, I called them yesterday because my charging port is broken. I talked to a representative yesterday named Casey. She said I would get a new phone the next business "today" for absolutely no charge to me. I called earlier today because the tracking number they gave me said it was delivered. It was sent to the midland post office. Now they're saying I owe them a $99 deductible for the phone. I was on the phone for 1 hour and 30 mins, I was transferred between three different departments until I finally got to the claims department. This is absolutely a disgrace of a phone company. When my plan with them is over with I'm switching to tmobile.

TEN OUT OF TEN!! I had the fortune of getting Amber to help me. She was fabulous to work with. The customer service here is top notch, and the salesmanship - amazing. There was no pressure, in fact, I feel like they went out of their way to get me the best deal possible. This is why I'm with Verizon.I got an experience, not just a service. While Amber was getting me all set-up, the manager, Kyle, put my new protective screen on, and Deirdre (sp?) had me in stitches with laughter. This is what a real team looks like. 100% genuine people working there. Thank you Amber and Deirdre for not only helping me, but for making my day great! Y'all rock!

I just added 2 lines of service yesterday. Well my iPhone was messing up so decided to go back up there for help. The first salesperson couldn't help me so she got their manager. Well he said he couldn't help until I paid them 36 dollars. I told him I just got 2 new lines and now you want ne to pay more? He said yep that's what they have to charge. I asked him how was that any kind of customer service? But he just keep saying he couldn't do anything unless I paid. Just horrible business. They have a solution to help but not until I pay. As soon as I pay these off I'm done with Verizon. If I could give zero stars I would.

Awful customer service, asked for the lady that handles our business account, they wouldn't notify her that we were there. Then we showed two forms of id and gave our account info, they still wouldn't let us buy two phones, we knew exactly what we wanted. When we were asking what our options were cause they blamed it on their "new policies and due to having system errors". We stated "so there is no way to just buy phones, should we leave?" A rude guy came around the corner and said, "Well, bye!", and waved us out. So we left, they don't want our business, fine. We left and purchased $3k of phones and accessories down at best buy in 20 min, they had no problem ordering Verizon phones.Take your business elsewhere.

Amber helped my boyfriend and I when we went in & she was very very amazing!! She explained everything so throughly & assured us there was no hidden contracts etc. She was so nice and helpful!! Loved our experience here!

Rude staff, to top it off even if you have an appointment they don’t honor it. Walk- in customers went before me. They were the best years ago.
