Mario helped my mom and I the other day. We had some things to take care of regarding our service plan due to an unfortunate situation. He was very professional, compassionate, and took great care of us! If you go to this Verizon, be sure to ask for Mario!

Friendly staff and clean store! The selection of screen protectors was slim and no new phones were available to checkout while I waited for assistance. Overall this is a nice branch and great staff.

Eloy has top notch customer service!! Very knowledgeable about products, accessories and plans! This is my go to Verizon dealer. I have gotten my last 3 phones there because of customer service.

This place is the worst I bought a iPhone 14 cash then they wanted to only give me 495 credit a month later after I paid 899 cash When I was wanting a ipad & 14 pro max they said I had a bill of 408 previous on another account Then they said they could open me an account the next day My 36 monthly was going to be $200 to activate then they said I had to pay almost 2k to get it after a credit check They're sketchy the guy I talked to didn't even know what he was talking about I can buy an phone or electronic in that building cans x10 They have horrible service here and made it difficult I'll buy my products anywhere else !!!

Really terrible service. We came in on a Sunday afternoon. There were three people being helped by 3 employees. One older man left because the guy that was helping him just never came back. We weren't sure what to do but waited another half hour. The employee never did come back! I don't know if he quit and walked out the back door. Another employee muttered to herself "where is the rest of my team?" as she headed to the back but then never said anything when she got back. So we waited over a half hour and nothing. We told one of the employees we were leaving and she said "no worries," which was just insulting. We just spent a good portion of the afternoon driving there and waiting but no worries? ugh. Will not ever go back.

10 minutes to get scheduled to talk to someone. Just to ask a question. Someone walks up. Says I am on the list next, And say's "but it's My lunch bye",. 5 to 10 minutes later left ..

I came to this location to buy a new iPad! When I walked in, the 2 workers that were there were busy and no one said anything to me. Which is fine, I understood so I walked around and then finally sat down to wait. After 30 minutes of waiting about 3 more customers came in and they all got greeted and told they'd get checked in. Mind you no one has talked to me yet. So the worker goes to check in a family right by me and I don't say anything because she probably is going to me next right? No! She proceeds to the rest of the customers that literally just walked in and doesn't even look my way. Like was it the way I was dressed? Or that I look young? Or what? I just left because that's so aggravating to waste almost an hour waiting just to have absolutely NO ONE talk to me and then ignored. I'm very patient but I've worked in retail, in service, and in sales and it's not hard to acknowledge customers.
