Melissa was very helpful and greeted us with a smile as soon as we walked in. She was not pushy but very informative. One of the main reasons we shop at zales is the customer service! However, the price of the jewelry we were looking at was priced and tagged at $109 but the system was ringing it at a more expensive price. Manager refused to honor the tag price because the jewelry was “tagged wrong”. So beware that the price on the jewelry may change when it is rung up at register.
