Ordered from this place through doordash. Was missing items. I contacted the place they argued with me then gave my number to people that didn't work there that continued to call my phone and was very very ugly. I am here to evacuated just trying to make sure my kids are fed and these people are awful. Called me ugly names yelled at me in another language, told me to never come to their store, that they didn't care that their webpage advertised one thing then they didn't back

Hunan is top notch. The food is even better than most Chinese places. The staff is very attentive and friendly and remembers you. My favorite is the "princess chicken" but so many good choices!

My orders no matter how large or small have been correct EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. They put large cooking crews like McDonald's to shame as there is usually only about a few people working the back and one or two running the front and they have NEVER gotten any of my orders wrong! I highly recommend!

They messed my order up and I called and complained and the lady hung the phone up in my face and I drove back and took the lomain back to get the vegetables that I paid for and they said that they fixed the order and they only gave me about 5 pieces of cabbage I'm my dish. No mushrooms, no and no broccoli and I visit often but I will be going to Chen's from now on.

Food was good, service was slow. Don't go within an hour of the Buffett ending. They will not make any more food. They cook a huge portion of each food and when it's gone, it's gone.

Okay food but the food are EXTREMELY overpriced for the portion. Ordered a fried rice and received half of a plate. If you want good food I would recommend Chen’s or Tokyo they have great customer service unlike hunans. Hunans employees are very difficult to deal with and are not good at all at resolving conflicts. It’s sad to see that an establishment that’s been in this town for several years doesn’t know how to provide decent customer service.

Used to be, this place was great. Great food, great service, just an overall great experience. Now, not so much. With new owners in position, there has been a slow decline in the quality and taste of their food, to the point that we dont eat the item that used to be our favorite thing to get there: eggrolls. Its disappointing to see this place that used to be great now turn into somewhere that we don't care for anymore.

chinese food at this spot - great. The staff was friendly and sociable. Bring your appetite because portions are generous. Atmosphere is similar to a place in Columbus I loved.

I've been eating here for years, always quality food , always clean, service is always great. Prices are really easy on the wallet. The shrimp fried rice, and egg rolls are my personal favorites
