I’m reminded why I don’t shop at this HD after battling their undersized parking lot and aisles with no room to maneuver a cart. They stack display cases on every square inch possible and make it a traffic jam for anyone trying to push a cart through the store.

Home Depot sucks! Tried to deliver appliances to us twice, no phone call, their system said two deliveries ahead of us when they showed up. They asked if we wanted to cancel the order! No, bring me the appliances! Do not have a third delivery date!

The worst customer service of any establishment I’ve ever been in from the moment you pull in the parking lot till the time you leave horrible experience tried to explain to a manager on duty, but no manager on duty was ever found Only option I have is a bad review which will probably do no good !

Despite extensive product knowledge, the dismissive staff and frustratingly long wait times during the holiday rush significantly hampered my shopping experience at Home Depot. I ultimately left empty-handed and disappointed in the lack of customer service focus.

I just had the worst customer service experience at my regular Homedepot i shop at very frequently (6119 FM1488 Magnolia location). I came in for a single sheet of wood and I needed assistance having it cut. I saw an employee in the aisle next over and asked if he could assist me in cutting my piece of wood. He cringed and said uh, there should be other employees that can help you in the next aisle over. I said, ok, thank you. I look, there's no one around. I keep walking around and found another employee and asked her if someone could help me. She said, "There should be multiple employees in that area that can help you". I said there wasn't and there was actually only one employee that sent me away to look for help". She replied with a bad attitude, "No, there should be atleast 3 other employees working in that area". Again, I said there was not. I asked if she could call someone to that area for me please. She gets on her radio and asked. One said they were busy and then she saw another employee down the way and hollered loudly, Hey, can you help? and the employee said, " I've only been here for like 3 seconds!" with a poor attitude as well. Another employee on the radio said they were too busy and it will be a long wait before they could get to me. I then said ok, I'll just take it as is and then she says ok. This is not the first time I've experienced poor customer service like this which is why I decided I would leave a review today.
