Giving the floral arrangement section of this location a 1 star if a zero star were an option I’d pick that as the customer service in this department is disgraceful. I had the unfortunate situation where I had to deal with a CSR named Autumn. She was full of attitude and nasty looks, you don’t want to work or deal with customers who simply need prices on the arrangements you shouldn’t be working with people then. Maybe have price’s labeled on the arrangements so you don’t have to show your nasty attitude to customers when they request prices. Fix your attitude as it will get you nowhere in life.

Watch for sales on items , will have in Bold letters price locked and sale price , in small fine letters if you buy 6 or more , Such a great way to fool your customers!Go to H-E-B upfront sales and no fine print you will miss

There are lots of really great vegetables and meat choices. Add their friendly employees, and it's a winning combination for shoppers !!!

I’m giving 2 stars to the bakery departmentI ordered my daughter’s cupcakes 2 weeks in advance. They never once called me first to say it was ready I called them. When I arrived the cupcakes were laying out un opened of course but they weren’t refrigerated. That’s unacceptable. It’s for a 2 year olds birthday, the least they could have done was refrigerate it till I got there. The manager has an attitude when you call also.Poor service, won’t be back.

Morning store manager should treat their employees better, especially the hard working ones. But the ones at the front of the registers who talk and milk the clock don’t get berated. She’s a terrible manager, I walked out first time meeting her and quit my merchandiser job. You are not the boss of the merchandisers, and I am not going to bow down to someone who’s not my boss. Went back to delivering and getting paid $100 to deliver 2 orders at 22 years old. I won’t ever listen to some old hag who works at Krogers and tries to run me over. I only took the job for insurance and consistent hours. I never meant such an incompetent store manager before. The other stores I merchandise for having nice and helpful managers who are constantly walking the stores to help their employees, not drag the hard working ones. Like 376 in Spring have great managers. The assistant store manager here in the evenings in nice though but that opening store manager should just quit since she’s incompetent at her job and clearly doesn’t know how to value employees who actually work rather than the ones who sit and milk the clock at the front and in the break rooms

Came here for a couple of things on weekday evening, because it seemed to be a nearby and convenient option. I get my items and head to the check out lanes. All empty, lights off and no employees at the registers. I look over and see they are only letting customers use self check out lanes. But I stay where I'm at waiting patiently. Kroger is a big company part of a larger corporate tree of grocery stores. They can pay people a living wage to work there. An employee tells me only the self check out lanes are available. I say "alright, why? That's weird." She said nothing to my question. I never use self check out lanes. So I returned my couple of items to where I got them and I left without purchase. Do better Kroger. Let your customers have options other than self check out. Hire people, Pay people a dignified wage. Kroger lost my business forever. Long live the HEB!
