as much as I love this store. so many things about it bother me. every time I do a pickup order they're out of stock and cancel it. customer service is mediocre at best. with all the associates walking around you'd think people would talk to you....

If I could give a zero rating, I would. Bought a dishwasher for a rental property. Installer said I needed to get a plumber. Plumber shows up 5 days later and says the dishwasher is defective. Called customer service and was put on hold for about 45 minutes. They were trying to contact Electrolux, the manufacturer of this dishwasher. They told me they had to send someone out to make sure the dishwasher was defective. DUH! One week later he shows up and says, yeah, it's defective. After a month of dealing with this, we returned the dishwasher to this store and asked for a refund. Manager said it's buyer's remorse and there's nothing he can do. Well, guess what? I'm taking them to court to get my money back.Consumers beware, they will not take back appliances if they're defective and they will not refund your money. DON'T BUY APPLIANCES FROM THIS STORE!

I absolutely loath this location. Myself and my crew have been going here for years, we've finally decided to just make the drive to Lowe's off 242 and it is well worth the drive. All of the main isles are completely full of pallets making it a nightmare to navigate, especially when it's busy. It is near impossible to get a human to check you out - it is now just a crowd of unorganized people trying to rush the self checkouts. I will absolutely not be the cashier when ringing up over $1,000 of merchandise each visit.

I ordered a dishwasher almost 2 weeks ago was told within 24 hours of it being installed I would get an email did not get the email so then I called the number she told me they will be there at 7 AM in the morning to install my new dishwasher I said oh they're going to do the electric in the water to and they said yes and I even asked the guy at Home Depot when I purchased it will they be able to help me well here it is 7:50 in the morning. They dropped off the dishwasher Saturday my kitchen and laughed and said oh well now will have to get a hold of the electrician and plumber and have them come out and install it. I said well when will I see them they told me I'll get a call 24 to 72 hours from today to when they want to schedule to get it installed this is ridiculous on how long it takes to install a dishwasher and no one can help me get it installed any faster

Y'all should sell tall boys at checkout. That's what I really want. Who wants a soda when your hot and sweaty and are on your second trip back to the store??? No bud light, no one shopping at your store drinks that.

I bought a Moen Faucet for $239. I tried to exchange it for a different one 4 days later. Their receipts use Thermal paper so that if they get hot the items fade and turn grey. The lady and the return counter that I handed the receipt to said she could only give me a penny in store credit without a receipt. The manager came over and said she’d only give me half price since I do not have a receipt. Using thermo paper that they know turns black if left in a car so they can refuse returns and exchanges is a deceptive practice that’s only purpose could be to harm customers.

10.28.22Yes I am giving 5 stars to this Home Depot location. We all know that when you come to a hardware store that if you need an associate they are hard to find one. Well not at this location!! We had several Home Depot associates ask us if we were finding everything ok and if we needed help with something!! We were shocked. They were so nice and polite. Kudos to the management team at this location. We found what we came for and of course a few extra items. This location is the closest to our new home and I am very happy about that. I'm not going to mind coming here.

My husband & I observed 2 male employees high school/college age in front of the self-checkouts. While we were doing the work that employees used to do, scanning approx. $100 in merchandise, these 2 were engaged in horse-play, kick boxing, laughing & shoving each other the entire time. Only when we had bagged & paid did one of the boys come over & retrieve the receipt from the machine & said hope we found everything OK. An older female employee was nearby on a ladder lifting a heavy item down. Neither of these male employees who were able-bodied could be bothered to assist her & continued their playtime. Are these the employees demanding $15+ an hour to hold a job & then do nothing to earn it?? The HOME DEPOT & the management of this store need to address this!! What if one of them hurt the other or a customer with their fun time? Safety issue & not acceptable!! Is this what Home depot has become, management do your job!! ?

Took 30 min to get someone to cut my wood they weren't busy I had to chase several employees down and no one seemed to have knowledge on how to cut it

I needed 14 blinds for my rental house. they all needed to be custom cut. I told them I would come back the next morning To pay and pick them up. It took me over and hour to pay because they couldn't get my check to be accepted. They had to call their third party bank who processes checks to figure it out. The whole process was ridiculous. When the was final, they said they would get the blinds. It took another 20 minutes to get my order. When I got home, they had given me blinds off the shelves, not the ones that had been custom cut. Now I can't get anyone to pick up the phone. This location is awful with customer service. The last part of this story is that when I asked how long it would take for them to get the items, the employee, who I think is the service desk supervisor said, "I'm going to pull them myself, even though that's not my job." I'm a business owner who is also the general manager. That is NOT what an employee says to a customer. I do not recommend the Magnolia, Texas location.

3 stars is what I give because they NEVER have more than 1 cashier working at any given time. It’s like they are forcing you to stand in a long line to use self-checkout.

Highly upset, I have been talking to different people at HomeDepot about my delivery and it seems like no one can get it together over there. My order was supposed to be dropped off today and when I called they said that the orders states attempted delivery when no one ever called or came by. I work from home so I have been here all day. Now they said they can’t deliver it until Saturday and the job is supposed to be done on Saturday. Horrible customer service.

Great service. Place was a bit busy and hence had to wait a while for help, but counter staff are courteous, knowledgeable, well trained.Pricing is competitive. They seem to always have what I need. I highly recommend this location for your tool rental needs.
