“Todd and team were awesome! He got me in quick, went out of his way to hold some possible units for me and the over all customer service was exceptional. Smooth process. Moving today and he even said just to holler at him to make sure the move into the unit goes quicker. Much appreciated and will use them for all my storage needs. Thanks!”
“I really appreciate this location at 17th and Brazos. Always good, kind service. Free 30-minute parking in the close covered lot on Brazos. Doesn't feel like the typical post office lines and experience. Kudos and thank you, USPS!”

“Molly was so super fantastic and knowledgeable!!! I came in with questions and needs for multiple confusing mailing instructions and she was patient and helpful and so kind. Really made the experience for great. It's not often I can brag about such a wonderful trip to the post office!”
“USPS has lost my stuff too many times to count but has nothing to do with this amazing team at the buda location. They go above and beyond to help out! Only usps I’d trust to drop off my packages”
“Saturday this office open till 3pm! Friendly staff. I was able to do Priority Express mail he package arrive Philadelphia Monday! It was so easy to check the package - the scan code in the receipt. Thank you”

“My favorite errands are when I have to stop by USPS because of the kindness, high quality service, and laughs that always come out of my stops to this USPS. I am so thankful for the people who work at our local USPS - thank you for making our days better. You were there when I had to send my wedding invites, get a weirdly shaped care package to my mom, or to find a special family item that was lost in transit - you never give up and always make things easy! I consider this USPS a part of our Sunset Valley community.
The bad reviews for here literally must have gone to a different location and are confused with somewhere else (or just hate mailing things generally).
Pro tip: If you’re confused about something at the post office - Google it before you go! There are endless tips online. And then be nice to my friends behind the desk when you come please :) they can’t change rules / policies / mistakes that happen outside of our USPS!”

“Jessica was amazing . She told me information that my landlord refused to tell me and was told I had to get a PO box when really I didn't. She went out of her way to help me and explain everything to me and get me a regular mailbox ? ?!! Thank you!!”
“Every time I’ve come here the people working are so kind and helpful
I personally have never had to wait long
On a Friday evening, right before closing an employee spent time searching for a package that wasn’t able to be delivered to me, really appreciated their thoughtfulness!”
“They weren't particularly friendly, but with that said, they were very knowledgeable and efficient! And for that, they get four stars.
Additional note: it's not much to look at. As a matter of fact it's about the ugliest post office I've ever seen! LoL but it gets the job done.
Go go USPS!”
“Wow, this was by far the best USPS experience I’ve ever had. Ron was so personable and helpful. I usually hate going to USPS (like many others, I’m sure) because most employees I’ve encountered are usually not very nice and are in a hurry to get you out of the store. This was such an unexpected and lovely change. This will def be my go-to USPS from now!”
