It was easy to order a storage unit online and to set up the Extra Storage app on my phone. I had difficulty getting digital access, but when I called for assistance, the person that answered was very friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service!

I was looking for larger storage units. Wasn't having much luck. Called the Extra Space Storge near by and they were able to take care of us with the size and number of units we needed at a reasonable price. Went to the location to check out the units. The facilities were very clean and well maintained had excellent perimeter security. Amber check us in and she was very professional and extremely helpful addressing all our questions. The move in went great as we were able to utilize a bigger truck with the wider lanes between the units and the place was well lighted at night. A very smooth move in.

The space, service and accessibility were excellent. The starting rate for the storage unit was great but incrementally increased to more than double over a few years. Amber was extremely helpful and informative the few time I have spoken with her.
