This place is absolutely horrible!! I've never dealt with such nasty people working in a health care facility! I've been ill went to this location during the Covid pandemic for some blood work. They were empty besides one other lady in the waiting room. They lady upfront ask me to check in on the kiosk I do so and it says I owe 9.74$ that I need to pay that to pay today .I try to pay and the machine isn't reading my card. This lady who takes the blood and doesn't even work the front desk is telling me I'm doing it wrong after five min of me saying it's not working she comes out and says well guess it isn't because she wouldn't believe me saying it and sees me trying over and over. So The lady at the desk says well I need to get that payment from you. I say ok no Problem and go to give my card then all of a sudden they are looking at the computer saying oh wow look at all this, I ask what! The two ladies tell me I have some other past due amounts. I say OK I was not aware of this and they say well it's from 2017 I said OK well I will handle that at a later time. can I please pay what I was told on the computer to pay for today. Then the lady drawing the blood who doesn't even work at the front desk goes on to tell me that I have to pay some of that other balance or she's not gonna take my blood I explain to her that I have lost my job and I am not prepared to pay that balance today that I want to pay the balance that was shown to me on the computer she continues on to say that I cannot get my blood drawn unless I make a payment.. I say OK! I gave an amount that I'm willing to pay the lady then tells me well that's not enough you're gonna have to do more than that and this goes on and on for about 10 minutes at that point I'm almost in tears I've never had this issue before I've never been told to pay that other amount any other time I've had my blood taken in the last two months and then now that there is a crisis in the world and I don't have a job they're demanding this money. I go on to tell the lady that I've had my blood taken so many times and I don't understand what the issue is if I'm making a payment of some type today, she just keeps arguing with me at the point I'm so upset I leave.I drive to the DeSoto LabCorp and have no issue whatsoever taking my blood they take the 9.74$ payments they tell me not to worry about anything else at this time that if I couldn't even pay the 9.74$ they understand that we're going through a pandemic right now and that it's not mandatory for to make any payment today but They appreciate the payment I did make. They apologize for how Mansfield treated me and said that should've never happened that I should've had my blood taken with no questions asked after I said could only pay what it shows today. From now on I will only go to the De Soto location. On top of that the phone was ringing and there was three people sitting there and nobody answers the phone there's one person sitting in the waiting room which made no sense to me why nobody could do their job over there. I even tried calling back this location to let them know that De Soto took my blood no problem but of course they didn't answer the phone. I advise everybody to stay away from this location !! I feel the very rude lady who draws the blood should not be working there! She has no compassion and was just plan nasty. Also called corporate I only owed what the Kiosk showed

Third location I visited today. First one has an appt and was told it would be a 4 hour wait. Went to another, less busy, and told they couldn’t process my labs until my account had a 0$ balance. The balance on my account was for my son, not even mine. Third location was Mansfield and I had the request on my phone. 30 minutes before closing they acted like they could do nothing to help me. The doctors office was closed, I asked if I could email it to her she said no. She said is there anyway to print it? No, lady, I don’t carry around a printer in my purse. How is it different than when I have a picture of the barcode and an actual copy of it??? Complete waste of my entire day off. Sad thing is I don’t have a choice because that’s who my doctors office does everything through. When they went through Quest, I had ZERO issues. Ridiculous, poor service.

Horrible staff!! Waited 35 min to just DROP off a specimen! Rude AF. Will not be back EVER. 5 people in the waiting room and the 2 staff members were discussing their weekend parties they went too!

The front desk lady was a complete d***. There was at least 5 people ahead of me on the waiting line that were already checked in to go to the back. I simply had a question, all I asked was "I was wondering if my physician order was sent in." She just had to ask for my name, and then check. She said "if you can't tell I'm the only person working right now. There's 5 people ahead of you right now so you're gonna have to wait until I get someone else here or until I get to your name. Made me sit down for over an hour before getting to my name to tell me that it wasn't sent in. What type of customer service is that? If you don't like your job find another one, but don't take it out on the people that pay for you have a job. Never write reviews but this lady is out of control. She was being a complete d*** to some of the elderly people that were coming in as well. Come on lady get a grip. A lady came and asked for a fax number so the doctor could send something in. The lady tells her to go back to the room and they'll be with her when she's ready. To be with her. Like come on wtf! This lady is in her 60's! It's gonna take you 5 seconds to get off your computer and give her the damn fax number!

What a horrible staff. My son has standing orders for lab work. The moment Connie interacted with us she was rude and talk down to us like we were stupid. My sonhas fought cancer for over a year and how she acted is ridiculous.

The staff are nice and helpful. Beware-- if the staff member does not update your home address before you complete your labs then you CANNOT get your results uploaded to the portal. My home address changed and I gave labcorp my drivers license with my new address and they did not change it. Now I cannot get my results in the patient portal. I have sent numerous emails and made many phone calls. The customer service lacks. BEWARE! The only way to get your test results on the patient portal is that everything on your doctors test order must match identical to everything in the patient portal. The staff does NOT tell the patient this!!!!!!

Slow with rude staff. The staff was passive aggressively arguing amongst one another in front of the patients over what work the others would be doing.

Set up appointment online and listed the reason for the appt. Stated which tests were needed. Show up for the appointment and they inform me that they can not do the tests at this location! I did try calling twice to set up the appointment, but there was no option to speak with anyone. VERY FRUSTRATING. Wasted my time and now I have to drive over an hour away to another location.

Incredibly friendly staff. Connie was very professional, efficient and made me feel comfortable.
Bonus: she got the vein on the first try, which always makes me a happy camper
