If I could leave a 0 stars I would. I was literally just told by someone who identified herself as Claire that works here that “you can just leave”. I arrived at 7:55pm to spray tan and was told by Claire that she already “broke down” the spray tan machine so I could not tan. I pay monthly for a service and have been a member for almost two years and was just treated like absolute garbage. If a business is open until 8pm they should provide service until then. When I signed up I was told “as long as you are in the door by 8pm you are good”. I asked for a manager and was told “no one is available right now” in extremely rude tone. I hope you have cameras with audio to pull up this completely inappropriate behavior by your employee. Feel free to reach out to me if you’d like further feedback. I’ve never been treated like this by any other employee here or at any other PBT location. Seriously shaking my head at the lack of professionalism-unacceptable.

I have been going to this location for many years- through staff changes and Covid. The employees are always kind and attentive! Can only remember 2 times that my tanning experience was less than perfect. I only use the spray tan booths (mystic and versa) but have always felt the space was clean and stocked with needed items.

My experience here is always disappointing. From filth in the tanning beds to filth in the restroom , even as soon as they open, things are dirty. It seems the staff here only do the bare minimum. Also the spray tan machines are supposed to be wiped down after every use and automatic cleaning. Literally never ever gets done. The cream other people use will be all over the machine as well. It will be wet and dirty with who knows what, along with the spray tan solution on the flooring, because it drips. So not only do you pay monthly then you also go and pay more for spray tan additives each time , just to have the machine drip solution down on you and mess up the spray tan & then it's just a waste lol...It's also very common to find the employees sitting on the counters or hiding in the back room. When CLEARLY this place needs cleaned daily ... multiple times. The list goes on and on and o.

First Visit.... Talk about horrible company polices... listen to this one!!! Tan at this establishment today. Lost my debit card. Talked with Kelly the associate at the desk. Asked if they found a debit card. They will not tell you what they found over the phone you have to go in?? Well I could understand if it was jewelry but a debit card would have my name. I leave to go on my honeymoon cruise in the am and it would be really nice knowing it would be there for me ( with my id check of coarse) when I return. Makes me wonder if they might want to use it? I owned a hair/tanning salon for 25 years and never once had a problem with reassuring our guests that we found credit/debit cards. It builds relationships, trust, and customer loyalty! Now I’m faced with canceling it and going through that hassle. Would it had that difficult to let someone know. That person would of been ID to pick it up! ????. I’ll use my sessions and move on! Sounds like bad business to me!!!Service: Tanning

Just signed up as I moved to the area & needed to find a new place to tan... The signup process was a breeze, state of the art beds, staff was very knowledgeable & provided excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

This business will talk you into freezing your account instead of canceling then steal full payment. Even after giving specifics of the conversation to freeze my account and evidence of not tanning in a month, Destiny the manager said that I could not be reimburse because there was not documentation. I respectfully reiterated that this was an employees mistake and not right, but was told that since I did not sign anything there was nothing she could do. Has anyone signed anything here before? Moral of the story-- CYA and ask for documentation or they will take your money and not care a bit that they loose your business.
