Poor customer service. I was advised to come in store after speaking with online rep. In store rep was young, rude and argumentative! He tried to make excuses why he could help me stating there wasn’t a store manager only an assistant manger. Plus he did not listen at all. Disgusting ?!

Please do not go this T mobile store, they will ripe you off plus very dis honest about their service. I came in with T-Mobile store to buy one and and to get one free phone for T Mobile promotion. I ended up paying for 2 phones after signing up paperless payment which they billed no discount that was delivered one month later. I specifically told I wanted the promotion for free and would go another store if so. This place has Poor customer I will not refer Or shop at this store anymore.

I live near Debbie Lane and 287 in Mansfield TX. I have been with AT$T since the dawn of man.For the last 17 years at my current location I have had a repeater in my house to try and help keep my connection from dropping and not having to stand outside and make phone calls with AT&T.They put a few towers in but somehow I think we’re in the midst of two of them and service has always been horrid. Phones going right to voicemail when you’re sitting next to them during bottleneck hours nearly impossible to send images on occasion very nerve-racking.They have also been getting a pass from my solid spectrum Internet connection that I use for data because the upload speed at my house with AT&T data is less than a half meg and sometimes six or seven Meg down.If I’m in the center of my house T-Mobile upload speeds can be slow but hasn’t effected usage..I asked my neighbor across the street that has two phones AT&T also T-Mobile how his connection was he said in two years he never dropped a call. I was on a plan with AT&T that limited me to 9 GB data a month which we really never went over but I thought I’d give T-Mobile a shot.I popped into the T-Mobile store to take advantage of the buy one get one and of course I didn’t have a trade-in but it didn’t matter with T-Mobile and that was huge for us.I kept the AT&T phones for an additional 30 days while I had the T-Mobile new phones and we traveled around the country mostly through Florida. My wife would use her old android on AT&T and I would use my new iPhone mini 12 with the TWith the phones plugged in to Apple CarPlay and viewing the 5G connection we haven’t missed a lick anywhere that we have traveled except one time AT&T had a one bar connection and T-Mobile didn’t but that was in alligator alley in Florida .My synopsis - I’m on the 55+ plan and it blows AT&T away for speed and price. If you have heard things three years ago about the service it has changed my daughter-in-law said I don’t think we have T-Mobile even out here in North burleson it blazes 180 down.My recommendation is ask your neighbor what kind of connection he gets or she gets with T and move over. There is a reason T-Mobile stock is $140 a share and AT&T can’t bust 30If you’re concerned about your current phone number Don’t , All you have do have is your username and password for your current carrier and it’s done instantly. The young lady that assisted me was prompt professional and thorough and I really appreciate itDavid WatkinsGo T mobile !Update - I received my bill and it was exactly what it was supposed to be they didn’t bone me.

I went to go pick up a new phone after speaking with one of their so-called experts where I had asked if I would have to pay any additional out-of-pocket expense for the new iPhone pro. When told that I would not have to because of the status of my account I opted to go and pick up the phone at the nearest location. Upon speaking with a in-store agent however I was told a totally different story. It was as though they were trying to set me up to go into a fleecing station to convince me to pony up funds for this coveted device. When I asked for clarification as to the conversation that I had with the on the phone expert I was told that they must have been new. Sounds pretty typical when they want to try to cast a blame on somebody else but they didn't get me this time and they probably won't get me there after. I won't be doing business at this location any longer. Word to the wise whenever you speak to one of their phone experts be sure you specifically ask The question what's my out the door cost. And by all means getting it writing.

I am a current T-mobile customer on a very old plan. I received an offer for a better plan from a different carrier. I went to this T-mobile store to see if they could match it or at least get close to matching it. I was told that they are only able to sell plans off the menu provided to them by T-mobile and I should either go with the other carrier or call T-Mobile directly to see if they could do anything. I don't understand why these stores exist if I can get a better deal by calling T-mobile directly. This store was not helpful and seemed to be annoyed by the fact I was there.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door at the store on Walnut Creek in Mansfield and were asked to have a seat to wait. Within a few minutes Dana came to get us and asked what she could do for us. We had a new phone and needed a new Sim card. Dana was sooo helpful. Getting the card installed, then doing everything to get all data, pictures and contacts from old phone to the new one. Each time saying, "My pleasure", "Yes, I can", "We can do that." Not once did she use a negative word in answering our questions and even going the extra mile to search online for who may have an accessory they didn't have on hand. Some businesses have sales persons, but this store has an employee who is a representative of T-Mobile who knows what Customer Service is and how to provide it. She was aces!

I was in T mobile this evening because my phones have been acting up. The associate said you need new sim cards and they claim they sent an email. He did not try to update us anything and when my husband asked about upgrading he said they are over there, pointing. All I can say is wow. They already have us as customers so no need to be bothered by us.
