Sent a package to be delivered in Mansfield. Got a notification saying that the address cannot be accessed, got a call saying they “tried delivering it to the address but its a business”, i told them “no its a residential house”, they said “oh ok, we will redeliver the package today”. Got a notification again saying “cannot deliver to address”. Bruh….

There are no handicap accessible doors here for the disabled. All the entrances are the old fashioned manual door and when your in a wheelchair it's extremely difficult. Yes there are disabled parking (2) and everyone uses them.The people inside are the best!!!!! Don't get me wrong but they should make the building ADA compliant, heck they just did a whole bunch of construction anyways for heavens sake, why didn't they fix the doors?

The new package drop off procedure is asolutely TERRIBLE!!! I WILL NOT drop off a package for my husband's business unattended. The fact that you want me to drive around the building to a place that is normally behind a locked gate, and just put it in a bin that isn't being monitored what so ever is absurd. Today I had small packages that would fit in the normal self-service package drop off bin in the wall. So, I went early this morning and wasn't able to use this self-service bin. I went back this afternoon and still wasn't able to use it. It is either locked or not being emptied. Either way is unnaceptable. I understand that you get a lot of packages especially with the influx of small online sellers, but those sellers should be able to drop off their packages in a place knowing that they are safe and secure. People have paid for those packages and with this system they could be easily stolen causing the small business owner a lot of undue stress, possibly financialy. I will be going to a different post office to attempt to deliver my packages for the THIRD time today.

You cannot legally restrict mail delivery; especially to disabled persons with no means of transportation. I got this from my mom earlier today. "Shirley just called me and said our mail lady was held at gunpoint somewhere close to here and it scared her so bad that we now have to go to the post office to get our mail. She is going to call the post office tomorrow and ask them what we disabled people with no transportation are supposed to do. It's just too damn stupid that we were not informed either. It happened on Monday. No mail of any kind here till who knows when and it's about time for a gas well check. I desperately need one too."

I’m very up set customer I got money order and paid for two day shipment on sept14 I ask for my receipt to be emailed to me it’s been two weeks and the receiving party have not got package I been going back and forward with this post office for going on two weeks and they said they can’t recall my receipt to come back this service is unacceptable u should be able to recall a receipt when it was done at this post office …

This is the second time my mail has not been in my mailbox. I signed up for informed delivery and somehow what’s scheduled to come is not in there. Ridiculous.

The post office is not most people’s favorite place to go, but Abu has been giving great customer service for years, and always makes it a very pleasant experience. Most of the folks that I have had to deal with at this branch are always very kind, but Abu is always above and beyond.

This is so far the best US Postal Service I’ve have ever been to. Most places look like they don’t want you to be there but these folks really make the place positive. Went here to get my passport application taken care of and it was easy hassle free.Didn’t realize they don’t accept CREDIT CARD for passport fees but it’s okay, we still got it done so be sure to bring CASH, DEBIT CARD OR CHECKS ONLY.Shoutout to Roy and the other gentleman that helped me out, Thank you

Roy was great along with the rest of the fellas. I was greeted when I first walked in.I went in for my passport was in and out with in 20 mins. Great customer service and friendly.
