IF I COULD PUT ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! I ordered 2 pairs of boots from their website. They informed me through text one pair was damaged and they didn’t have another one in the size. I asked for a refund and was promised one. I’ve been trying you contact them for 3 months they will not answer the phone nor email. All I would like is MY MONEY!! 0/10 don’t recommend

Took a month and a half to arrive but they're perfect, exactly as pictured, perfect size no problems at all, only problem i had was wanting to check progress on the boots and they kept saying they can't check. I randomly got an email saying they're ready and going to ship. Staff is real friendly, go take a look, don't let the bad reviews decide for you.

Boots are at a decent price but the store workers hover around. Very uncomfortable. That resulted in me not making a purchase.

I’ve never been a customer of them but I deliver heavy boxes almost daily at the UPS next to them. A gentlemen that I assume works there always opens the door for us in advance when are hands are full & we appreciate it so much. Wouldn’t doubt their customer service is amazing

It's been a year and some months that I've been there and they're prices are still very good prices. Only thing is they don't carry wide width.
