Today is 9/11 and not the best day for me since I almost lost a family member. However as I entered that bank I was greeted by a very nice young lady asking how can I help you? I’m sorry I didn’t get her name. As I’m informing her of what I came in for Ms. Alondra said, I can help you with that. I informed both ladies why I came to this particular branch. It was because I read the reviews and this particular branch had the highest score out of 5.0. We laughed and MS. Alondra walked me to another desk and completed my bank transaction during my transaction the bank manager Mr. Hector came over and greeted me. ?. I had such a great experience at this branch location I just had to write a review. I’m not from this area. Thanks so much for your great customer service in such and uncertain time. I truly appreciate it.

Management does not respect hours of operation. They deny service even if you walk in close to the end of them closing the door. They should add to their hours of operation to go in 1 hour before they close their doors, or close their doors one hour before, and just open the drive thu.

I've experienced a few discrepancies with our change for a business account yet I can never call them to address the issue because NO ONE answers the phone listed as their business line. This has happened every time!

Liberals your next when businesses think they can make you bend to their will. Banning conservatives and demanding your alliance or else. This won't be tolerated. Leave them and join your local Federal Credit union and show them the power of the dollar.

I've never had problem at this location, but this is the third day in a row that the outside atm machine does not dispense cash. I did try the atm inside after 5pm it said the same thing..I literally had to go to another atm bank nearby and pay a fee of $3.00 fee to get cash. It's very frustrating. I hope they resolve this issue..

They are usually busy at this branch. Inside, drive thru and ATM, so there is usually a wait. Their chairs are due for a cleaning or a replacement. Service is usually very good and friendly. Their manager is a super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful person. Parking is very limited and somehow seems small in a way that it is hard to get in and out. Specially when someone else is trying to pass, to park or to get out.

Knowledgeable staff and comfy waiting chairs. I do not think the restrooms are available for clients. Beware, this is the only Chase Bank close enough to the Eastern portion of the RGV. Most clients come from as far as Weslaco and Donna just do their banking. That being said, this bank is usually busy.
