Bought a phone one day ago, looked at my receipt and was shocked and disappointed. I was told the phone came with a bundle with a screen saver, case and wall adapter. It was a total of $60 that I was unaware of what I was being charged. Called back right now, and spoke to the same lady that sold me the phone. I explained to her that I was not told that it was an extra charge and she said well it was a bundle, which she did say but she did not say it was separate. After explaining again she did a small laugh . Will be calling customer service! I was also told by another stores that I called that they are supposed to tell you it’s sold separately!
