They never I mean NEVER answer the phone. They also don’t follow price match policy so don’t even bother they make up some lie that clearly doesn’t state anywhere on the policy. Just buy from expressway near target they are a lot nicer there.

Went 3 times to do a SHEIN return, those three times cashier said no because they don’t have the “bags” honestly feel like she just didn’t want to do the return for me. Only option now is to make a mail return.

Forever 21 will forever and always have very bad customer service. I’ve never had a great experience when I go visit in store. We have only two locations close to where I live and for every visit they are always so rude. Will never be returning in store again!!!!!!!!

Every time I come to this store, the employees remind me every other minute how much longer until they close and at that point I don’t feel like purchasing anything. On top of that they turn the lights out to the lowest setting 30 minutes before closing ALL THE TIME. Management should educate their employees to do better!!

I took my wife there and had a terrible experience. There's no customer service at all. And when you're being helped, employees don't even hide their frustration and rudeness. We were standing next to 2 employees who were engaged in a conversation waiting to be helped and they both walked away as soon as they were done as if they didn't see us. Never again spending money and time there.

DO NOT attempt to make exchanges here if purchased at another store. My girlfriend tried making an exchange and CAROL the cashier said “ we don’t exchange plus sized clothes here” I guess employees are allowed to body shame customers. I’ve worked retail and I know for a fact you could but an item at a completely different store and still return it at any store.

I don't think there will ever be one store where you, a customer, will ever feel like you're being helped properly but with that said. The store inside the mall is the worst! Management, don't even try it. I've learned to NOT complain when it's a younger person as they don't take anything serious. They hired an older woman. You'll be able to see who it is cause everyone else is almost a teen. She greets you, yes. But not before giving you a complete stare down from head to toe. So uncomfortable. One specific cashier goes to talk WHILE checking you out at the register. The seasonal staff is better equipped and so much friendlier than the regular folks. It's no wonder they filed for bankruptcy.

Everybody’s experience could be different and this one is mine. I had a return that it was over 39 days, lucky I had my receipt and I was able to get store credit. The staff was really friendly and there were able to help me with my return. I like their styles even though sometimes is best to find it at a different store as it is cheaper and you save more money
