Yessica was very helpful and informative, but I noticed they only have a water fountain for the customers and apparently the employees and with the Covid going on this is not okay. Most businesses have a water cooler and disposable cups, This is something so basic that needs to be provided. Fred Loya do better for your customers and employees please.

Yessica was excellent - professional and courteous. Pronto insurance wanted to charge me double what I was charged here. They can keep their fideo - I will return to this office for my insurance needs.

My wife's birthday was yesterday on the 12th of August, and I got her a new 2021Buick Envision, they didn't want to help us over the phone on insuring the vehicle or making payment over the phone on adding the vehicle, this 1st setback was yesterday at the 10th & Hackberry location which is a joke, we couldn't go in person because we had to work, so the vehicle had to stay at the dealership on her birthday, my plan was to surprise her and pick her up in her new vehicle and take her out for her birthday, but Fred Loya didn't even care at all, no empathy, no sorry about the inconvenience, instead of being understanding they we're just horrible, 2nd setback Jessica showed horrible customer service, she had my wife waiting in the office for nothing while the paperwork was ready to go, she was probably taking a selfie as usual some of these valley girls can't get over themselves, my wife was late to work 2 days in a row due to Fred Loya not having their s$%t together. Jessica was rude to her, she was quoted a different amt. so she had to pay more than expected. My wife has been with Fred Loya for many many years, looks like after this month we are switching ins. carriers. Don't get Fred Loya, they are horrible!! especially this location at 1300 Trenton Rd #160 McAllen, TX....

Snotty and rude employees, if you are not dripping with diamonds you are treated like dirt. they can keep it. They seem to not realize they are not the only car insurance company in town.

Wow this was great! Best rate I've ever had for car insurance. Jessica was super nice and they really work with you with payments. You do have to go there in person to sign papers but def worth going .

I've been with them for a couple years now, and never had any problems with them. Claims are handeled relatively fast as long as you go through the proper channels and have the paperwork thats necessary.
